Hotel is good and clean in a good location but there's a huge difference between single room and all other room categories and that wasn't mentioned..
The single room is quite small and with window.. Which doesn't match at all with the room rate i've paid.

Very good hotel with good services... the only bad thing is you have to pay extra for indoor swimming pool (and flip flops and cap if you dont have it)

The room is well-equipped and of moderate size. The breakfast is good and the front desk service is very good. It is a little far from the beach, but very close to the park and the old town. Overall, it feels pretty good!

A Brilliant Hotel, very good value for money. We have visited RH PRINCESA three years on the trot for 4-6 weeks as we love it. The service is second to none, reception good, entertainment- two different act every night about 8.30 & 10.0pm good too. The restaurant and food is excellent for breakfast and evening meal, which is buffet style there is so much to choose from you are spoilt for choice. The waiters/waitresses are very pleasant, friendly and quick, particularly Victor who was always smiling and very helpful. My cleaning lady was very thorough and polite and always asked if there was anything I needed. There is also an outdoor pool and two indoor pool/jacuzzi and a spar. The hotel is central, not far from the old town where the tapas bars are, Levante beach where some of the young people like and Poniente beach which has a very nice long attractive shaped promenade. Both beaches have Keep fit/ dancing exercises on them. There is also a library & chess playing etc on them. I definitely would return. Thanks to all the staff. 😊

Superb hotel, spotlessly clean, beds super comfy.food incredible, close to the old town. If you fancy a good Indian try the Kathmandu Restaurant, one of the best Indians we've had. Amazing rooftop bar close by called Planta 20 bar. Brilliant

Great hotel - very clean and comfortable beds. The shower was excellent. Food was excellent and lots of variation and lovely individual salad bowls. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool was cold but it’s the norm at this time of year. Entertainment was pretty rubbish but there’s plenty in Benidorm if you want something more lively. Only a short walk to the old town which we enjoyed most and the beach was a 10 minute walk away. Lovely beach in Benidorm. Would definitely return and recommend this hotel. We had a great week at RH Princesa

We are on our last night of our 6th stay at the Princesa and we will return. The hotel is immaculately clean as always, the staff are lovely, the location is perfect. We haven’t eaten much in the restaurant this time, but what we have had has been lovely, especially breakfast. The bar staff are fantastic especially Diego, Marina and William- they are a real credit to the hotel. Entertainment has been ok, it seems to be most of the same acts we’ve seen before. Sad to be going home but we will definitely come back. The only negative thing about the hotel is that there are only 6 non smoking tables on the terrace but about 30 smoking tables- as a family hotel, I would expect this to be reversed.

This hotel was fantastic. I received a complimentary upgrade room which was fantastic. I also recommend upgrading to the Gold All Inclusive at 8 euros a day it’s worth it. From service cleanliness choice bed comfort maid service WiFi all amazing. First time to Benidorm although I had 15 years as a travel agent I decided it was my choice for some winter sun. It exceeded expectations the staff gave you waiter service throughout. Evening entertainment was ok too. Bar staff I can’t praise enough especially Marina she was brilliant. Good location close to the old town and levante beach. Loved it so much booked for next December whilst in resort
