I've just arrived home from my holiday, only a weekend away with my son and it was the worst place I've ever been to. The pools were closed, they did have a small indoor one which you had to pay for and children could only go to in the morning with an adult. We booked full board and paid extra when we got there for drinks to be added as we were told it was just food included which was fair enough. We then were told only drinks in the dinning room were included not at any of the bars which again we wouldn't of minded if we were going to stay in the dining room at meal times which after the 1st day we refused to and had to eat out every day. ( we did go and look to see if it was any better each night as advised by on the beach who were alot more helpful than the hotel) To say the food was bad is an understatement. There was what was labeled as "chicken nuggets" that turned out to be pork and were pink inside, burgers 1 night that were undercooked and stunk rotten. Chicken dripping with grease that was black inside and the same crap that looked to of kept being reheated or put out ever meal. I actually felt a little sorry for some of the reception staff in the end dealing with all the complaints and the management didn't seem interested at all. I really wouldn't be surprised if a few people have had upset stomachs eating the food this week, just looking and smelling it was bad enough. They honestly need someone to go in and check the food hygiene in there before someone gets seriously ill.

Just back yesterday and here is my truthful review. When I arrived everything appeared clean and fresh and the shower was fantastic and the beds were comfortable but that’s where the good stuff ends. On closer inspection the room was filthy. There was hair and dust brushed into a corner of the room, dirty stains on the bedding, a rusted clothes dryer, considerable dirty marks all over the walls, the balcony light was hanging off and dripping yellow sticky fluid, filthy balcony glass and black curly hairs on the pillow (photos attached). There were no drawers or anywhere to store your bits and pieces and only one blanket between the 2 double beds. The food was the worst I’ve had in a four star hotel and some very odd offerings. Personally I will not be back.

On arrival, unfortunately, we had to cue to the doors to get checked in, checkin time approx.20 mins. In fairness rooms were ready, didn't pay tourist tax. Only 3 outa 4 lifts were working...so waiting on lifts is a common theme. Room basic, 2 big beds. Tv. Kettle etc. Room in my opinion, was not brushed or mop everyday... towels are only replaced if thrown onto the floor.. beds were made. Pool area, sun only approx 2.5 hrs per day. Food, being all inclusive had its perks. Breakfast probably best meal of the day. Dinner and lunch was hit or miss. But you will always find something at the snack bar to eat, burgers etc.. Overall. Good location, but I wouldn't return again.

Hotel was excellent and clean The bar Staff brilliant and polite The food was of a decent standard and the drink was excellent Overall an excellent stay. Iman was brilliant getting us to play darts , and other games an excellent member of the team.

Brilliant loved hotel. Food alright, was always something good choice. Rooms fab big beds huge. Lifts good, snack bar in between breakfast and lunch fabulous. Pigeons a problem though due to people leaving food on table. Drinks. You just go up to bar and get refills

A fantastic hotel for a friends holiday. Lovely staff. The rooms felt premium. Towels were changed and beds made each day. The breakfast was a good all inclusive standard. Other meals you could always make something. We chose to eat out sometimes also. The pool area was spotless. Great little sundeck on the roof at the back of the snack bar too. The coin for a glass system means no glasses are left lying around. Well located just behind the *****. We will definitely be returning.

We stayed all inclusive at the Rosamar 13-18th November, travelling for the British fancy dress fiesta day. The hotel appealing kerbside with a drive which pushes it back from the main pathway which is good. It’s in a prime location for everything and is spotlessly clean throughout. Check in was quick and there’s a free luggage storage if your room isn’t ready. There is a quieter bar area close to the reception and a pool bar which is more lively but not rowdy. Our room was great with 2 very comfy double beds. Towels changed daily, beds made and free toiletries/refreshments topped up. There is a small fridge which is handy for keeping water cool. We requested a lower floor and got floor 1 so we didn’t use the lifts but we never saw any crowds queuing. The main restaurant is well organised and the food is plentiful for breakfast, lunch and dinner. My only criticism is that the food could be hotter. Having said that, there are microwaves. There’s something for everyone unless you are very fussy. There are also vending machines offering drinks/snacks which are reasonably priced. Didn’t use the snack bar in the day so can’t comment on that. The pool area is kept clean with loads of sun beds /table&chairs to use throughout the day. We will definitely return next year!

We came here for a few nights away in November. We came as a family of three (2 adults and a 15 month old). Staff were helpful and always available to help. We were full board which included all meals and water, food had a variety and good in general, breakfast was the best of all the meals! Meal times were very busy but you were always seated quickly. Room was clean(ish) except marks on the wall from a few wild folk I think pool was freezing but once in its fine! Location was amazing, 10 minute walk from beach and 30 minute walk to old town. This hotel is definitely catered to adults We seen hen and stags birthdays everywhere! I'd come back but just as a couple.
