Very clean hotel . Room cleaned and fresh towels daily . Staff pleasant and breakfast good . The only negative was the air con was either not strong enough or not working properly ( this was what people said it was )

Lovely hotel, but try staying poolside, cus our room was facing a nightclub and was very noisy, but that’s my only complaint

Reception staff moody and rude after asking them to fix the toilet and the air con they did neither, room was like a sauna and my partner ended up fixing the toilet himself in the end. Pool music blasting from 9am in the morning not even on quiet literally blasting. Javier very rude man on reception came banging on the room one evening as we’d just got in and tried saying I wasn’t staying there after arguing with us he then found me on the system and didn’t even apologise, told us to leave him alone when he was the one harassing us. Also the baggage room door is left wide open all day not even locked so anybody could go in there and take your belongings. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel was brilliant. It was really clean and the rooms were lovely. They were cleaned every day to a high standard. The staff were very helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough i would recommend and wanting to definitely go back again!! X The only down side was our room was on the side of the road. At 3.15am the bar across the road created chaos as everyone started a fight and it all spilled out on the road with absolute noise and chaos and loads of police in attendance. From speaking to the staff there it was a regular thing that happened so be warned in being woken up! .

Lovely hotel, room was clean, bathroom was amazing, bathrooms always seem to be a bit lacking when we visit Spanish hotels but this hotel had walk in showers and good pressure! Room was clean and was cleaned daily by room service, tea and coffee facilities were in the room. We didn’t have breakfast with the hotel so can’t connect on that. Beds were comfy and a hairdryer was available in the bathroom. We didn’t use the pool as it didn’t get much sun but the beach was 2 blocks away! Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely fabulous!!! Hotel was clean , breakfast lovely and amazing staff. Will definitely go back . Perfect rooms with pool view and a sunny balcony! 😎Reception team were so friendly, best in Benidorm. Big shout out to the bar team also , always happy to join in the fun .
