Apartamentos Benimar - Sabesa

Haven’t been home a week from here and both myself and partner been very unwell and at the doctors twice already. There was mould all in the bathroom and no reception staff to report this too. I have taken my own photos of this as proof. On arrival we couldn’t get into the hotel and eventually when we did we were advised to pay 125 pound and the room would be ready 2 hours later on that day. And further to this our electric in the room kept going off and there was no one to report this too, the times shown in reception to say that staff our available is a lie there was never any staff in the apartments.

Stayed here for ten days couldn't fault Benimar apartments immaculate clean TV washing machine iron hairdryer 2 balconies fresh bed linen towels and the staff were amazing especially Tamara hopefully be back soon won't be booking anywhere else Thanks for the lovey holiday 😀

Just back from a stay here and honestly couldn't fault it. Myself and friend stayed in room 9A on the top floor, it had everything we needed for our 4 night break. Location great about a 10 min walk to main ***** and 5 minutes to the beach. Apartment was clean, fresh towels and had a hair dryer,iron, fully equipped kitchen and even a washing machine. Not the most modern but not there to sit in the room all day and night so was perfect for what we needed. Will def go back. Be aware you must pay a deposit on arrival €150 and transfer drop off/pickup is at the hotel across the road less than a 3 minute walk.

I have never been self catering before or to benidorm so i was a little wary of this holiday. I should not have been as both experiences were fabulous! We arrived early hours of the morning on sunday 22nd oct 2023. We had to collect keys from a hotel 5 mins away. Not a problem. We were in 9c which was right at the top. I have read reviews which said the apartments were dated. Yes they werent overly modern but we found them fantastic! They had everything we needed including a washer !! I was amazed. We had the most quirky cleaner with purple in her hair and although she didnt speak much english she was so helpful and any problems were sorted straight away. The apartments were pretty central for everything and elevated a bit so away from the noise of the *****. Shops and supermarkets were just round the corner and the beach just down the road ! There is so much to do in benidorm you 100% need more than 1 visit ! In fact we are still here and we have booked these apartments for march next year! All in all a fantastic holiday!

My Family and I recently stayed at Benimar Apartments in Benidorm from July. On arrival after walking to Hotel Olympia to get our keys for our apartments, which is 10/15 mins away, you also have to give €150 as a deposit incase of breakages which I don’t know why after what I seen.When we entered our apartments and they did not look as if they had been cleaned, we had 2 apartments, we also noticed a few damages, so we then checked both Apartments out further! The things we noticed were, . Dirty Bedding and towels both had to be washed before use . Chip out the bath . Washing machine Leaking and tripped the electrics everytime it was on! .Hole in the curtains .picture frames broken . Limited Cutlery . Dishes not cleaned properly, food still on them from persons before . Unknown stains on Sofa/Beds with other marks as well. .Hole on cupboard doors/ no handles . Both laundry airers broken . Entrance gate struggle to open . Air con dripped in both apartments but worse in Apartment 7c I couldn't shut the living room door due to the water damage as the door had swollen with the water and i had to turn it off as it was dangerous to myself and children due to the amount of water, I did report this all to the Olympia twice and no one came to fix anything, the 7days we were there we never seen anyone at reception in the Benimar apartments! When booking this hotel it stated free Wifi in the apartments and there was none in the apartments, Also we all hardly got any sleep during our stay due to the party's happening all night long, would definitely not stay here again!when booking this hotel I did realise it wasn’t a 5-star place to stay but I did expect to have my apartment cleaned for us arriving and sheets and towel to be clean and able to use instead of having to wash and clean myself!

Arrived at 1 in the morning to a very wet night no reception at these apartments so had to walk into the old town to hotel olympia which is about a 10 minute walk no good for people who have difficulty in walking for the keys we complained about it the next day but was told by the receptionist she didn't understand us no towel change or cleaning all week sunbeds round pool broken definitely in need of an upgrade and a refurbishment you also need to pay 150 pounds as a deposit in case of any breakages which you get back when you give your keys back we had an early flight so told them we were going to give them back the day before as we weren't walking at 7 in the morning luckily they were ok with that just don't want other people having to do the same if they weren't told before they arrived where to get their room key from
