Hotel Servigroup Venus

Rooms are a little dated but You get a free safe in the rooms, saves you messing about with leaving a deposit at reception which most hotels do. You have to keep your door pass with you at all times because you won’t be able to use the lift or access the pool area. we was on the second floor so we didn’t need to use the lift. The breakfast was really nice, the evening meals was themed nights but there was something for everyone Always sunbeds available. We was lucky enough to get a pool view that we didn’t ask for so that was a bonus. Close to the ***** and beach. Would recommend.

We are currently at the hotel on our final night of our week here in Benidorm, staying at the Servigroup Venus hotel on a full board basis. Good hotel that is spotlessly clean and tidy. Very friendly staff, especially the restaurant manager at the front of house, and the ladies who clear your tables. Great location and in an area that is reasonably quiet considering the number of bars that are nearby. Rooms are small and a tad dated but are comfy. Flatscreen TV has 5 UK channels. Balcony door does not stay open on its own but can be propped open by using one of the plastic chairs that the balcony has. The bathroom is small but fairly modern. A lot have commented on the bathroom doors being frosted glass and can wake up your partner in the night if you switch on the light, but wasn't an issue for us. Shower and sink have plenty of hot water, but be careful as the shower did go from perfect to ice cold, or scorching hot, in a matter of a second every time we used it. So, the pressure and availability of hot water is not an issue, but getting blasted by either ice cold or schorching hot water for a second or two is a very real issue that happened to us on multiple times. The pool area is good with a small bar area. There are plenty of sunbeds available during our stay, but it was early April, and the temp only ever reached a maximum of around 22 clesius, so the hotel was not at full capacity and there were not many people sunbathing. The restaurant serves three meals a day if you're booked on full board. Breakfast is the best of the three services, but I wasn't overly impressed with the selections available for lunch and dinner, to be honest. I've had better food at other hotels, but the quality wasn't the issue. It was the choices that I thought could be better. Overall, we liked this hotel. It is very well run, has very efficient and friendly staff. Is comfortable and is in a great location, just a 5 minute walk to Levante beach and local to the Benidorm bars etc.

22nd to 29th March 2025, our third visit to this hotel, given room 627, overlooking the pool, everything about this hotel is spot on, staff are very professional, rooms spotless, location everything in walking distance, breakfast is full on British, proper bacon, plum tomatoes etc, evening meal we would normally eat out a couple of nights on half board, not here the food & choice is beyond excellent.

Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and polite and room service was great. WiFi was a complete waste of time for the entire week, was either down or searching continuously, not good if you rely on this. Rooms clean, but a little snug. Shower nice and powerful but water temperature could be up and down. All guests offered a New Years Eve gala meal free of charge, irrespective of what board, nice touch. Pool area clean and tidy and plenty of comfortable seating around the Hotel. Breakfast is plentiful and plenty of choice.

Here right now. Excellent hotel value for money. Near enough to all nightlife levante end 3 min stroll, not noisy at Hotel. Food very good quality, wine by bottle £10 euros. Lovely pool area, plenty room, beds n brollies. Huge outdoor screen showing all football also on indoor. Rooms not huge but excellent beds very comfy, fantastic power shower, free safe, got fridge. No kettle we took a travel one. Loads of places to sit and relax in really comfy chairs. Biggest design mistake frosted glass bathroom door which faces the bed in the room yuck. Leave that thought there. Overall really lovely hotel, friendly staff. 5 mins walk to beach.
