Service: The front desk was friendly and greeted us every time we entered or left. It was a bit unnecessary, but I appreciated their efforts. When I asked for directions, they were always helpful. The cleaning lady offered water, which was a good comment. Environment: Very close to the train station, with affordable convenience stores nearby. It's also close to shops in the city center. Cleanliness: I only stayed two nights and didn't request housekeeping, so I can't comment. I didn't notice any major issues upon entering, but I was a bit bothered by the noticeable stains on the small sofa. Facilities: Compared to a typical hotel with convenient transportation, this room had an automatic toilet, quiet air conditioning, a large illuminated makeup mirror, and light wood decor. The pillows and mattress could be improved compared to over 200 mid-sized or chain hotels in third-tier cities. The toothbrush and toothpaste were also quite average. The comforter was decent quality.
