Service: I booked two weeks in advance and left a note, but they didn't provide any service whatsoever. When I asked for more coffee for breakfast, the waiter said they were too busy with just one person. First of all, did the customer pay for their service? For example, if you go to the hospital, would you go if you paid but there was no medicine? If you can't afford it, don't go! Extremely disappointed, I will never go again.
