Benxi Hotels with Breakfast

Location is good, just right by the lake where there is a light display every night between 7 to 8pm. There are also lots of restaurants and eateries within walking distance. Room is thoughtfully laid out and is clean and quiet. Staff service is very good, both during check in and check out. They helped with the luggage in both instances, provided us with warm bottled water at checkout and are very friendly during our stay. Worth a 5 star rating. Highly recommended if you are in this town.

This is probably my third time here, and this visit was particularly outstanding. Let's start with the rooms: for three adults, we initially booked one castle mountain view twin room. The room and beds were spacious enough, definitely sufficient. However, after staying for a bit, we felt we could be even more comfortable, so we booked another castle mountain view hot spring king room, which truly exceeded our expectations. The TV was bigger, and there was a huge hot spring tub that could easily fit 3, 4, 5, or even 6 people. The room was well-equipped, and the facilities were so new that even seniors needed guidance (^～^). The bedding was spotlessly clean, soft, and skin-friendly. There was one minor flaw: a small hand towel on the vanity had a slight smell, but it was harmless. Next, the environment: a castle villa nestled among mountains and water. As soon as you drive in, you're immersed in the beautiful scenery. The geographical advantage is clear; the air, fragrant with grass, instantly helps you clear your mind and relax. It's perfect for city dwellers looking to escape the hustle and bustle occasionally and return to nature's embrace. The hot spring pools are divided into public areas and private baths. The public areas are further divided into indoor and outdoor sections, with the infinity pool being a highlight. The hot spring water is incredibly beneficial for people with joint issues. Even the taps in the room provide hot spring water. And the service was impeccable. Staff in all areas proactively greeted us and offered assistance. It would be even better if there were dedicated porters or doormen; that way, guests could have their luggage taken from their car and delivered to their room as soon as they park. The staff in the hot spring area promptly replenished towels, fruit, drinks, and all other necessities, and constantly reminded us about slippery floors and safety, providing a truly family-like warmth. Based on the hotel's bookings for the day, they kindly offered complimentary early check-in and late check-out, which made our elderly companions feel much more at ease and less rushed. Oh, and the breakfast was quite rich; the Chinese pastries were a hit with the elders. It was a very enjoyable trip to Benxi Xikang, and this will definitely not be my last time; many more visits are in store.

The location is fantastic, right next to Benxi Station. The environment is pretty good, and it's great value for money. However, if you have high standards, it might not be the best fit. The service was perfunctory, especially one of the front desk staff. The door lock in our room was broken and wouldn't close. She claimed that 'no room in the hotel can be locked.' Yet, the second room she showed us *could* be locked, and we even demonstrated it in front of her, but she still argued.

Cleanliness: The hotel maintained exceptional cleanliness. The beds were comfortable, and the cleanliness and sanitation made it feel very comfortable and reassuring. Transportation: Located in the center of Benxi, there are direct buses to various nearby attractions, including the Shuidong Grand Canyon, which is very convenient. Service: Attentive, from the front desk to the room service, it made everyone feel comfortable and happy. Facilities: Newly renovated and fully equipped. Overall impression: This hotel was a fantastic experience! Excellent value for money!

The hotel lobby has a nice ambiance and offers complimentary drinks. The front desk service is excellent; they provided two bottles of warm water and even gave the children a small toy, which was very thoughtful. The elevator requires a card swipe, which is very safe, and there's also a toy area. The rooms are clean and look quite new. The housekeeping staff were extremely friendly. The front desk service was fantastic; it made me feel right at home.

The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The front desk staff patiently answered all our questions. The lobby was grand and tidy, and the elevators were well-maintained. The robot room service was a smart touch, and the housekeepers were very polite. The laundry room and gym were free to use, and parking was also complimentary. The hygiene was up to standard, and the location was convenient, close to the business district.

The overall service at Mangu Town is excellent! The staff who serviced our room were especially exceptional, patient, caring, and very understanding. However, I declined to view the private bath room before booking, simply looking at the pictures online. And it wasn't because it was fully booked and inconvenient to view! Upon entering the room, it smelled strongly of dampness and was cramped. Most puzzling was that the private baths were only drained once a day and couldn't be freely drained. With such a large temperature difference between morning and evening, draining the water once only allows for a single soak. If you want to soak again, you have to go to the public area. This seems to defeat the purpose of private baths. What's the point of paying the private bath price to stay in a damp, moldy, and cramped private bath room when you can't choose to do so multiple times? Why not stay in the slightly cheaper, brighter, and more spacious River Valley rooms? This makes me wonder why so many empty rooms aren't open for viewing, only pictures!

The parking lot of this hotel is very convenient, the parking space is sufficient and the guidelines are clear, and there is no pressure to stay by car. The room was clean and comfortable, the service was very thoughtful, the overall experience was great, I will choose here next time! The fourth floor of the hotel is a Chinese restaurant. The environment and dishes taste good. The clear lion head is really amazing! I thought it was an ordinary meatball, but the entrance found that it was soft and fresh, fat and not greasy, and the soup was also very clear. The overall dishes in the Chinese restaurant are of high standard, and it is too convenient to eat in the store. The room is clean and comfortable, the service is thoughtful, will come again next time!

Two large beds, very spacious, suitable for accommodation with elderly people. The disposable items are very complete and the elderly are very satisfied. Going around and shopping, it is still good here. The surrounding traffic is convenient, five minutes from the gate of the mountain, suitable for roaming. A family of four with a dog, comfortable

All are small villas with yards, very comfortable, children like it. Very close to Guanmen Mountain, Guanshan Lake and Green Stone Valley, convenient for playing. There is a private bath in the house, the water is drained quickly, and the pool is very large. The service is good, with a WeChat private butler. Some suggestions: There are no tea bags, coffee and soft drinks in the water bar. There is no refrigerator in the room. Breakfast is served slowly when there are many people. The quilt core always falls out.
