TTeacherLiIt's a very new hotel, and the service was quite professional, but the prices during the National Day holiday were really expensive! I stayed on the first floor, and according to the hotel, it was an upgraded courtyard room. Two rooms were booked, and the facilities were both good.
Facilities: Problem 1: My friend's room next door had a courtyard that connected to the main road, and there was a gap in the fence allowing entry and exit.
Problem 2: I couldn't get out of my room this morning; the security lock on the door was stuck… a hotel staff member had to jump in from the small courtyard outside to open it.
Service: The handling process was okay; this room received a 30% discount. For such a large hotel, it wasn't particularly grand.

GGuest UserThis is probably my third time here, and this visit was particularly outstanding. Let's start with the rooms: for three adults, we initially booked one castle mountain view twin room. The room and beds were spacious enough, definitely sufficient. However, after staying for a bit, we felt we could be even more comfortable, so we booked another castle mountain view hot spring king room, which truly exceeded our expectations. The TV was bigger, and there was a huge hot spring tub that could easily fit 3, 4, 5, or even 6 people. The room was well-equipped, and the facilities were so new that even seniors needed guidance (^～^). The bedding was spotlessly clean, soft, and skin-friendly. There was one minor flaw: a small hand towel on the vanity had a slight smell, but it was harmless.
Next, the environment: a castle villa nestled among mountains and water. As soon as you drive in, you're immersed in the beautiful scenery. The geographical advantage is clear; the air, fragrant with grass, instantly helps you clear your mind and relax. It's perfect for city dwellers looking to escape the hustle and bustle occasionally and return to nature's embrace. The hot spring pools are divided into public areas and private baths. The public areas are further divided into indoor and outdoor sections, with the infinity pool being a highlight. The hot spring water is incredibly beneficial for people with joint issues. Even the taps in the room provide hot spring water.
And the service was impeccable. Staff in all areas proactively greeted us and offered assistance. It would be even better if there were dedicated porters or doormen; that way, guests could have their luggage taken from their car and delivered to their room as soon as they park. The staff in the hot spring area promptly replenished towels, fruit, drinks, and all other necessities, and constantly reminded us about slippery floors and safety, providing a truly family-like warmth. Based on the hotel's bookings for the day, they kindly offered complimentary early check-in and late check-out, which made our elderly companions feel much more at ease and less rushed. Oh, and the breakfast was quite rich; the Chinese pastries were a hit with the elders. It was a very enjoyable trip to Benxi Xikang, and this will definitely not be my last time; many more visits are in store.

AAnonymous UserThe location is fantastic, right next to Benxi Station. The environment is pretty good, and it's great value for money. However, if you have high standards, it might not be the best fit.
The service was perfunctory, especially one of the front desk staff. The door lock in our room was broken and wouldn't close. She claimed that 'no room in the hotel can be locked.' Yet, the second room she showed us *could* be locked, and we even demonstrated it in front of her, but she still argued.

GGuest UserI was so pleased with my stay at Hanting Hotel Benxi Railway Station! The location is incredibly convenient, right next to the train station, making commuting and sightseeing a breeze. There are numerous shopping malls and snack streets nearby, so shopping, dining, and traveling are all hassle-free. The most surprising thing is that the hotel has been recently renovated, and the ambiance is incredibly fresh and the amenities are comprehensive. The individual air conditioning in the room was especially helpful, offering flexible and convenient temperature control, unlike the restrictions of central air conditioning in some places. It was a truly comfortable stay. Overall, the location and amenities were perfect, and I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Benxi!

SSam and LeeFantastic find after our usual hotel was under renovation. Location was just outside the railway station so highly convenient especially if you are carrying multiple luggages. There is washing machine and a dryer available which we were able to use without any issues and the room was nice and warm with hot water.
The only issue I had was getting to the dining area where you need to use the stairs to access a hidden part of the building. Breakfast was decent!

GGuest UserI am very glad that I chose Fengxiang Valley Hot Spring Hotel. The hotel has a good environment, clean and sanitary conditions and complete facilities. I have to say something special about the service. The front desk staff was very nice. After we checked in, one of them actually helped us take our things to the room. She then told me her last name was Meng and that she was my service butler. I could send her a WeChat message if I had any requests. I was really warmed at that moment. We chose a room with a private pool. There are many hot springs in the hotel, both indoors and outdoors. However, due to the cold weather, we did not go to the outdoor pool. The child loved playing in the indoor children's water play area. There was also a large swimming pool next to it. She also learned how to swim from her father. The breakfast was also very rich. The coffee made by the coffee machine is good ☕️ We ordered home-cooked dishes at the hotel restaurant for dinner. The children liked the roasted eggplant and Chinese cabbage meatballs very much. I feel very comfortable when I get up in the morning, open the balcony door and breathe in the fresh air. In short: this is a hotel that values privacy and quality, and we hope to keep this up. Will visit often in the future.

GGuest UserThis time I came to Mangu Town for a holiday is our wedding anniversary and our lover's birthday. The beauty at the front desk of the town saw the order and communicated with me directly. According to our itinerary, we made preparations and upgraded the room for us. It felt so intimate. We felt the enthusiasm of Mangu Town before we went, which made us feel a kind of excitement that we couldn't wait to go. It was very romantic to learn that we had to arrive late and arranged the room for us in advance! We opened the door and were amazed. Thank you very much for the careful arrangement of the town staff. The emotional value is super full. We spent two days happily satisfied and happy. We were not willing to destroy the blessings of a pair of 1314 white swans and rose petals arranged on the bed. We also kept it when we left the store, and we also used rose petals to leave a message to Mangu Town: ”Thank you Mangu”, which is an emotion we can't express in thousands of words! Thank you for the beauty at the front desk, thank you for all the staff of Mangu Town, thank you Mangu Town, we will come again, come back with the feeling of going home, come back and meet your warm, kind and attentive service staff! Tree house, spring pool, mountain air, wind, bird song, glass boat, barbecue, breakfast..., indescribable, everything has the best feeling, plus the meticulous service of family, our emotional value has burst! It is Mangu Town that brought us the most perfect, the most nostalgic, the happiest birthday and wedding anniversary! Thank you again, you are the best!

You have to cool it down before soaking! The skin is slippery. The parking lot is very convenient. Tell the lady the license plate and she will record it for free! There are also charging piles! GGuest UserThis stay experience really exceeded expectations! First of all, we must praise the hygiene of the rooms. It is clean and can't fault it. The bedding, desktop, and bathroom are spotless in every corner, and we live in special peace of mind. The service is also very thoughtful. The front desk and the room aunt are very enthusiastic. What needs are responded very quickly, making people feel warm and comfortable.
It is especially coincidental that this stay coincides with the Batulu cross-country competition, and the whole hotel is full of the warm atmosphere of the sport. Here I also wish all the competitors a safe finish, surpass themselves, and achieve a good result that is satisfactory to them! 💪
