TTeacherLiIt's a very new hotel, and the service was quite professional, but the prices during the National Day holiday were really expensive! I stayed on the first floor, and according to the hotel, it was an upgraded courtyard room. Two rooms were booked, and the facilities were both good.
Facilities: Problem 1: My friend's room next door had a courtyard that connected to the main road, and there was a gap in the fence allowing entry and exit.
Problem 2: I couldn't get out of my room this morning; the security lock on the door was stuck… a hotel staff member had to jump in from the small courtyard outside to open it.
Service: The handling process was okay; this room received a 30% discount. For such a large hotel, it wasn't particularly grand.

GGuest UserI originally had high hopes for this hotel and spent a great deal of time selecting it. I even skipped over cheaper hotels costing around 300, specifically choosing this one, which was over 900. However, our check-in experience on the first day was incredibly frustrating. Late at night, in our pajamas, we were put through the hassle of moving to a different room. The door lock kept beeping and wouldn't secure properly, making us feel completely unsafe. To make matters worse, the staff seemed completely unaware that the door was faulty. The lock had been malfunctioning from the afternoon until 9 PM. It was late, the weather was quite chilly, and there we were, in our pajamas, having to pack up and move rooms. Even though we were upgraded to a larger room, we were still far from satisfied. The entire ordeal was a hassle, and the persistent feeling of insecurity was deeply unsettling. Perhaps due to its somewhat isolated location, there was a significant bug problem. They were everywhere: in the bathroom sink, the shower, and even the outdoor soaking tub. Every evening, bugs were seen floating on all water surfaces. If you're squeamish about bugs, I strongly advise against staying here, especially at night.

• Location: Very convenient. There is a fried chicken restaurant next to it. There is a bus to Nanfen Grand Canyon at 9 o'clock

SSam and LeeFantastic find after our usual hotel was under renovation. Location was just outside the railway station so highly convenient especially if you are carrying multiple luggages. There is washing machine and a dryer available which we were able to use without any issues and the room was nice and warm with hot water.
The only issue I had was getting to the dining area where you need to use the stairs to access a hidden part of the building. Breakfast was decent!

GGuest UserTraveling with the elderly and children, we booked a tatami four-person room. This room type is available on the fourth and fifth floors. The fourth floor can be reached directly by elevator, but the light is a little worse. The fifth floor requires one flight of stairs, which is not very convenient. At that time, there was a large window that made it brighter. Each floor has its pros and cons. We have a lot of stuff with our kids and elderly people, so we chose the fourth floor.
The staff was very nice. They showed me two types of rooms and let me choose. When I checked out, my baby was still asleep from her nap, so they took the initiative to extend our check-out by one hour.
The surrounding natural environment is also very good, surrounded by mountains and small streams, it is particularly beautiful.
The downside is that the bathroom has a bit of an unpleasant smell and the room lights are too dim.

AAnonymous UserA good place for weekend trips. Downstairs in the castle room is an outdoor hot spring and bathing area. There is also a water park where you can go boating. There is also a canopy and an outdoor barbecue and dining area. If you don't check in at the attractions, this is also a good place to relax and kill time. There are bonfires and fireworks at night. The breakfast is quite rich. The overall feeling is good. The staff are all very good, whether it is the security guard or the front desk, they are all very friendly~ Disadvantages: The free bicycles are not easy to ride.

GGuest UserThis stay experience really exceeded expectations! First of all, we must praise the hygiene of the rooms. It is clean and can't fault it. The bedding, desktop, and bathroom are spotless in every corner, and we live in special peace of mind. The service is also very thoughtful. The front desk and the room aunt are very enthusiastic. What needs are responded very quickly, making people feel warm and comfortable.
It is especially coincidental that this stay coincides with the Batulu cross-country competition, and the whole hotel is full of the warm atmosphere of the sport. Here I also wish all the competitors a safe finish, surpass themselves, and achieve a good result that is satisfactory to them! 💪
