It's a very new hotel, and the service was quite professional, but the prices during the National Day holiday were really expensive! I stayed on the first floor, and according to the hotel, it was an upgraded courtyard room. Two rooms were booked, and the facilities were both good. Facilities: Problem 1: My friend's room next door had a courtyard that connected to the main road, and there was a gap in the fence allowing entry and exit. Problem 2: I couldn't get out of my room this morning; the security lock on the door was stuck… a hotel staff member had to jump in from the small courtyard outside to open it. Service: The handling process was okay; this room received a 30% discount. For such a large hotel, it wasn't particularly grand.

The hotel's location is a bit off the beaten path, and transportation isn't very convenient. However, the surrounding environment is absolutely beautiful. The indoor hot spring has a strong water flow, and the water heats up quickly. Soaking in the outdoor hot spring under a sky full of stars is incredibly relaxing. Initially, we planned this trip during the off-peak season to see the maple leaves. Unfortunately, it was still a bit early, and the maple leaves at Guanmenshan and the surrounding areas were just starting to turn slightly red. But the hotel's own maple trees were surprisingly vibrant and breathtakingly beautiful. Honestly, there's no need to go anywhere else; staying at the hotel is the best choice. We traveled as a family of three, and they provided a complimentary breakfast, saving us the hassle of finding food. My only minor complaints are that the mattress was too soft, sinking significantly when sat on, and the breakfast selection wasn't extensive and was overpriced. Overall, I'm satisfied and would recommend it to friends.

The room was comfortable and spacious, clean and tidy. I stayed with my whole family, including seniors and children, and we had a very satisfying experience. The front desk service was excellent, and they were able to resolve any issues immediately. It is very close to the Greenstone Valley Scenic Area and Guanmen Mountain Scenic Area, and the Guanshan Lake Scenic Area. A few hundred meters next to it is Huaxi Mu Hot Spring! It was all in our itinerary the next day. There was no need to rush the itinerary here. No need to reply to the news, just sway slowly. I was hungry and had home-cooked dishes made by the aunt of the hotel. The taste was as warm as at home. Before leaving, even the boss said ”come next time you want to relax”, it feels not like living in a homestay, but more like finding a ”small nest” in the mountains. Really good to love! Too relaxing, too healing!

It's right next to the train station, just a three-minute walk from the exit. There are buses and taxis right outside, making it very convenient to get to attractions. The receptionist was very friendly, and the facilities are good and quite new – I'm satisfied! There are shops across the street, making everything very convenient, and there's also a delicious Xuejia Beef Noodles restaurant nearby!

Traveling with the elderly and children, we booked a tatami four-person room. This room type is available on the fourth and fifth floors. The fourth floor can be reached directly by elevator, but the light is a little worse. The fifth floor requires one flight of stairs, which is not very convenient. At that time, there was a large window that made it brighter. Each floor has its pros and cons. We have a lot of stuff with our kids and elderly people, so we chose the fourth floor. The staff was very nice. They showed me two types of rooms and let me choose. When I checked out, my baby was still asleep from her nap, so they took the initiative to extend our check-out by one hour. The surrounding natural environment is also very good, surrounded by mountains and small streams, it is particularly beautiful. The downside is that the bathroom has a bit of an unpleasant smell and the room lights are too dim.

The room is clean and tidy, fully meeting the needs of business trips; It seems that there is no heating, air conditioning, ventilation, no heating, sitting and working is a bit cold; The hot water is very good, the washing is hot, and it is not cold to sleep.

The parking lot of this hotel is very convenient, the parking space is sufficient and the guidelines are clear, and there is no pressure to stay by car. The room was clean and comfortable, the service was very thoughtful, the overall experience was great, I will choose here next time! The fourth floor of the hotel is a Chinese restaurant. The environment and dishes taste good. The clear lion head is really amazing! I thought it was an ordinary meatball, but the entrance found that it was soft and fresh, fat and not greasy, and the soup was also very clear. The overall dishes in the Chinese restaurant are of high standard, and it is too convenient to eat in the store. The room is clean and comfortable, the service is thoughtful, will come again next time!

Having stayed in many star-rated hotels, I feel this place surpasses them all. The service was excellent; from the doormen and front desk staff to the restaurant service and housekeeping, everyone was very professional, polite, and patient in answering questions. The hot springs were of high quality and a must-visit. The Yuntian Ski Resort was also quite impressive and highly recommended.

All are small villas with yards, very comfortable, children like it. Very close to Guanmen Mountain, Guanshan Lake and Green Stone Valley, convenient for playing. There is a private bath in the house, the water is drained quickly, and the pool is very large. The service is good, with a WeChat private butler. Some suggestions: There are no tea bags, coffee and soft drinks in the water bar. There is no refrigerator in the room. Breakfast is served slowly when there are many people. The quilt core always falls out.
