Benxi Hotels with Parking

It's a very new hotel, and the service was quite professional, but the prices during the National Day holiday were really expensive! I stayed on the first floor, and according to the hotel, it was an upgraded courtyard room. Two rooms were booked, and the facilities were both good. Facilities: Problem 1: My friend's room next door had a courtyard that connected to the main road, and there was a gap in the fence allowing entry and exit. Problem 2: I couldn't get out of my room this morning; the security lock on the door was stuck… a hotel staff member had to jump in from the small courtyard outside to open it. Service: The handling process was okay; this room received a 30% discount. For such a large hotel, it wasn't particularly grand.

This is probably my third time here, and this visit was particularly outstanding. Let's start with the rooms: for three adults, we initially booked one castle mountain view twin room. The room and beds were spacious enough, definitely sufficient. However, after staying for a bit, we felt we could be even more comfortable, so we booked another castle mountain view hot spring king room, which truly exceeded our expectations. The TV was bigger, and there was a huge hot spring tub that could easily fit 3, 4, 5, or even 6 people. The room was well-equipped, and the facilities were so new that even seniors needed guidance (^～^). The bedding was spotlessly clean, soft, and skin-friendly. There was one minor flaw: a small hand towel on the vanity had a slight smell, but it was harmless. Next, the environment: a castle villa nestled among mountains and water. As soon as you drive in, you're immersed in the beautiful scenery. The geographical advantage is clear; the air, fragrant with grass, instantly helps you clear your mind and relax. It's perfect for city dwellers looking to escape the hustle and bustle occasionally and return to nature's embrace. The hot spring pools are divided into public areas and private baths. The public areas are further divided into indoor and outdoor sections, with the infinity pool being a highlight. The hot spring water is incredibly beneficial for people with joint issues. Even the taps in the room provide hot spring water. And the service was impeccable. Staff in all areas proactively greeted us and offered assistance. It would be even better if there were dedicated porters or doormen; that way, guests could have their luggage taken from their car and delivered to their room as soon as they park. The staff in the hot spring area promptly replenished towels, fruit, drinks, and all other necessities, and constantly reminded us about slippery floors and safety, providing a truly family-like warmth. Based on the hotel's bookings for the day, they kindly offered complimentary early check-in and late check-out, which made our elderly companions feel much more at ease and less rushed. Oh, and the breakfast was quite rich; the Chinese pastries were a hit with the elders. It was a very enjoyable trip to Benxi Xikang, and this will definitely not be my last time; many more visits are in store.

The location is fantastic, right next to Benxi Station. The environment is pretty good, and it's great value for money. However, if you have high standards, it might not be the best fit. The service was perfunctory, especially one of the front desk staff. The door lock in our room was broken and wouldn't close. She claimed that 'no room in the hotel can be locked.' Yet, the second room she showed us *could* be locked, and we even demonstrated it in front of her, but she still argued.

Very satisfied with an intelligent stay experience! Heyi Hotel is doing better and better in details. The smart home system in the room brings great convenience, especially when you return to the room on a busy day, you can control everything in the room with voice, and relax instantly. Air purifiers, smart toilets and other facilities have also improved the comfort of staying, and I feel that the hotel is really thinking about the health and convenience of the guests. Efficient, comfortable and convenient, perfect in line with the needs of modern travel, like it!

This time I came to Mangu Town for a holiday is our wedding anniversary and our lover's birthday. The beauty at the front desk of the town saw the order and communicated with me directly. We were not willing to destroy the blessings of a pair of 1314 white swans and rose petals arranged on the bed. We also kept it when we left the store, and we also used rose petals to leave a message to Mangu Town: ”Thank you Mangu”, which is an emotion we can't express in thousands of words! Thank you for the beauty at the front desk, thank you for all the staff of Mangu Town, thank you Mangu Town, we will come again, come back with the feeling of going home, come back and meet your warm, kind and attentive service staff! Tree house, spring pool, mountain air, wind, bird song, glass boat, barbecue, breakfast..., indescribable, everything has the best feeling, plus the meticulous service of family, our emotional value has burst! It is Mangu Town that brought us the most perfect, the most nostalgic, the happiest birthday and wedding anniversary! Thank you again, you are the best!

This stay experience really exceeded expectations! First of all, we must praise the hygiene of the rooms. It is clean and can't fault it. The bedding, desktop, and bathroom are spotless in every corner, and we live in special peace of mind. The service is also very thoughtful. The front desk and the room aunt are very enthusiastic. What needs are responded very quickly, making people feel warm and comfortable. It is especially coincidental that this stay coincides with the Batulu cross-country competition, and the whole hotel is full of the warm atmosphere of the sport. Here I also wish all the competitors a safe finish, surpass themselves, and achieve a good result that is satisfactory to them! 💪

The hotel is in a very good location, with convenient transportation and easy access to the airport and scenic spots. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel, and there is a medium-sized Hualian Supermarket inside, which is convenient for shopping. The service staff had a very good attitude and the room was cleaned in a timely manner. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast is rich in variety and delicious. I feel that the chef has a high level and eating well is a plus point for the hotel. There were several weddings every day during my stay, which made me feel very happy.

I arrived in Benxi before the National Day holiday to visit the hotel. It seemed to be the off-season, as there were hardly any people there. It would probably be crowded in the summer to escape the heat. The evenings were a bit chilly and very quiet. I was woken up by roosters crowing in the morning, which had a unique charm. The courtyard is perfect for bringing a small dog, although the neighbor's dog, Wangcai, was a bit too enthusiastic, haha. I don't know if there's a problem with the water pressure in the room, but the water flow was extremely low; it took forever to fill a toothbrush cup.

All are small villas with yards, very comfortable, children like it. Very close to Guanmen Mountain, Guanshan Lake and Green Stone Valley, convenient for playing. There is a private bath in the house, the water is drained quickly, and the pool is very large. The service is good, with a WeChat private butler. Some suggestions: There are no tea bags, coffee and soft drinks in the water bar. There is no refrigerator in the room. Breakfast is served slowly when there are many people. The quilt core always falls out.

The hotel is very clean.the room is small for just ok for one person with a super single mattress. There are a lot of eateries and shops nearby, looks like a BBQ street. The locatition is a bit hard to reach. There is no nore bus to go there after 8:20. The city is very clean and beautiful. In generla a good place to go. And most importantly, it is really cheap.
