MM11206****A perfect experience. I heard it only opened this spring. The hotel is located near the entrance of the Wangtiandong Scenic Area, right next to the Daya River. It has its own private area, with each room having its own small courtyard where you can barbecue or relax with tea. The hotel was very clean, with attention to detail in every aspect. The bar offered complimentary coffee, juice, and honey water (which was delicious). There were also several adorable and friendly kittens in the courtyard. The second-floor restaurant offers outdoor dining, where you can enjoy the sunset and distant mountains – a truly serene experience. Breakfast included both Chinese and Western set meals, and the stir-fries were excellent. The steamed bun was a huge five-star treat.

3320394****和家人本來想要去看五女山雲海，奈何沒有做好攻略凌晨到達五女山發現封山了，凌晨兩點多定了這家酒店，本來是一次遺憾之旅，被這家酒店治癒了，我們兩點多快三點到酒店辦理入住，給我們辦理入住的“派大星”小姐姐超級熱情的給我們辦理的入住，本來已經下半夜了，這個時間人真的是很困的，但小姐姐絲毫沒有不耐煩，而且還有耐心，愛死了！鬱悶的心情一下子就好了起來！早上給我們辦理退房的“小兔子”小姐姐也是！看我們帶的保温壺特意幫我們接滿了熱水！這種細心的服務簡直愛死了！我會再來看雲海的！還會繼續訂這家酒店！乾淨，整潔！👍棒

QQimiaodedengtaThe purpose of this trip to Benxi was twofold: Firstly, to take my seventy-year-old parents back to Benxi Water Caves, revisiting a place from their vibrant youth and reliving those passionate memories. Secondly, it was to help my daughter de-stress before she transitions from primary to junior high, as she's about to step into the demanding arena of life.
**Reason for choosing this place:** We picked Guan Shan Lake Xikang Yunshe because its online photos were simply breathtaking – showcasing stunning scenery, lush greenery, magnificent views, and picturesque beauty that truly captivated me and made me want to experience it firsthand. (Honestly, with so many guesthouses and hotels sprouting up across Benxi like mushrooms after rain these past two years, to avoid decision paralysis, I simply picked the top-ranked one.)
**First Impression:** The mountains were in a languid slumber, while the clouds playfully sketched the outline of a castle. At three in the afternoon, the golden sunlight pierced through the clouds, bathing the grey castle in a glow that felt like a divine touch and special favor. (Though this description might seem a bit exaggerated, I believe even Eileen Chang would write it this way.)
Let me discuss the facilities, hygiene, environment, service, unique hot springs, and buffet breakfast all at once:
* **Facilities:** Among all hotels I've stayed at in the same price range, these are personally the most satisfactory and my favorite.
* **Hygiene:** There's still room for improvement. I admit I have exceptionally high standards for cleanliness; my husband, whose pocket money has been depleted by my pickiness, can attest to that.
* **Environment:** The advantages here are self-evident: blessed with unique green mountains, clear waters, and swirling mist. There's simply no room for me to find fault, and I suspect the people of Benxi wouldn't allow it anyway!
* **Service:** I deliberately tried to count the staff members I encountered: two doormen, four charming front desk staff, a villa driver, a room cleaning attendant, kitchen/delivery personnel, staff in the hot spring area, and dining areas... Oh, never mind, I confess my math isn't good enough to count them all. In short, every staff member I met was patient, caring, and dedicated. Their service was perfectly balanced, attentive without being overly enthusiastic. Yes, the hotel management behind the scenes certainly deserves a grand commendation.
* **Unique Hot Springs:** Both my mom and daughter had a wonderful time soaking. My daughter was thrilled because there was unlimited ice cream available, which she could openly and freely enjoy – something I don't usually permit at home. My mom, in turn, was happy seeing her daughter so joyful. Given that the ice cream was actually quite high-quality, I even broke my own rule and indulged in quite a bit. It wasn't just about taking advantage of something free; it was more about not wanting to be a hypocrite with one rule for them and another for me. There were also plenty of unlimited fruits and snacks, perfect for quenching thirst and cooling down.
* **Buffet Breakfast:** The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety. I prefer strong flavors in the morning and enjoyed a generous amount of boiled shrimp, baked beans in tomato sauce, Italian beef brisket, bacon, and homemade yogurt. For those who prefer lighter options, the traditional Chinese breakfast choices were truly dazzling.
**A Side Note:** At 4:27 AM, I leaned by the hot spring pool in my room. The water temperature was 37.2 degrees Celsius, exactly half a degree higher than my body temperature – just enough to help my tense nerves loosen their first button. True enjoyment, I realized, is found in places where even time seems to slow down. At that moment, I gazed at the mist still lingering over the distant mountains and fields outside my window, then slowly closed my eyes, drifting back into a soothing dream, only to be awakened by: ”Mom, Mom, Mom, is the hot spring water ready for me?!”

The new facilities are very advanced, the quilts are clean, and the air conditioner in the room works very well, with moderate heat and cooling. GGuest UserTraveling with the elderly and children, we booked a tatami four-person room. This room type is available on the fourth and fifth floors. The fourth floor can be reached directly by elevator, but the light is a little worse. The fifth floor requires one flight of stairs, which is not very convenient. At that time, there was a large window that made it brighter. Each floor has its pros and cons. We have a lot of stuff with our kids and elderly people, so we chose the fourth floor.
The staff was very nice. They showed me two types of rooms and let me choose. When I checked out, my baby was still asleep from her nap, so they took the initiative to extend our check-out by one hour.
The surrounding natural environment is also very good, surrounded by mountains and small streams, it is particularly beautiful.
The downside is that the bathroom has a bit of an unpleasant smell and the room lights are too dim.

GGuest UserOverall, I feel quite satisfied. The place I live in is very comfortable, clean and tidy. The hot spring pool environment is good, with pavilions, rockery and vegetation, and a good atmosphere. But maybe because of the off-season, there is no water in many hot spring pools. The kitchen can make à la carte dishes, authentic Northeastern cuisine, and the taste is good, but there is no milk and coffee in the breakfast buffet. I hope it can be added in the future. The staff is very enthusiastic and greets customers when they see them. When eating, they will also ask if they need hot water, which is very considerate! In short, the experience is good and I will come again!

RRravlThe hotel is very clean.the room is small for just ok for one person with a super single mattress. There are a lot of eateries and shops nearby, looks like a BBQ street. The locatition is a bit hard to reach. There is no nore bus to go there after 8:20. The city is very clean and beautiful. In generla a good place to go. And most importantly, it is really cheap.
