4-Star Hotels in Benxi

Location is good, just right by the lake where there is a light display every night between 7 to 8pm. There are also lots of restaurants and eateries within walking distance. Room is thoughtfully laid out and is clean and quiet. Staff service is very good, both during check in and check out. They helped with the luggage in both instances, provided us with warm bottled water at checkout and are very friendly during our stay. Worth a 5 star rating. Highly recommended if you are in this town.

Upon arriving at the hotel, the antique wooden architecture immediately caught my eye, blending perfectly with the surrounding natural scenery like a vivid ink painting. Stepping into the courtyard, the exquisite feel of a Japanese garden washed over me. Winding paths, lush greenery, and quietly standing stone lanterns exuded a Zen-like tranquility, purifying my mind and body. The room was beautiful and spacious; they even upgraded it for an even larger room. The Japanese-style room featured traditional futons and a minibar, a unique touch. The large balcony overlooked the central courtyard, bringing the view into the room and uplifting my spirits. The hotel's biggest highlight is its indoor and outdoor hot springs! Each hot spring was excellent; soaking in nature was incredibly relaxing. The water was crystal clear, rich in minerals, leaving my skin feeling smooth and supple. The breakfast dishes were works of art, beautifully presented, with incredibly fresh ingredients. The sashimi was perfectly thin, melting in my mouth; the sukiyaki was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, every bite incredibly satisfying. The Japanese breakfast set was plentiful and delicious. The miso soup was fragrant, the rice was soft and sticky, and it came with refreshing side dishes. It was a great way to start the day feeling energized. The service was excellent; the staff were all very polite and attentive. PS: It's such a perfect match for Sumikko Gurashi!!!

剛開業提點建議可以吧。早餐那個酸菜大包子苞米麪餃子你看着挺下貨，實際上是主食樣式也太少了啊，炒飯炒麪沒有，麪條餛飩也沒有，現在的麪條煮幾秒鐘就熟了，不比現場烙餅省事多了，包子整點預製的小肉包子就足夠了。還有洗澡的熱水整的太熱了，衹能開一小點熱水，然後也不知道咋回事，水就一直忽冷忽熱的，321那屋你們可以試試。再一個最重要的3樓旁邊的空調外機趕緊裝隔音板吧，聲音也太大了，要是碰到睡眠不好的，還滿房了，你們可咋整。

Traveling with the elderly and children, we booked a tatami four-person room. This room type is available on the fourth and fifth floors. The fourth floor can be reached directly by elevator, but the light is a little worse. The fifth floor requires one flight of stairs, which is not very convenient. At that time, there was a large window that made it brighter. Each floor has its pros and cons. We have a lot of stuff with our kids and elderly people, so we chose the fourth floor. The staff was very nice. They showed me two types of rooms and let me choose. When I checked out, my baby was still asleep from her nap, so they took the initiative to extend our check-out by one hour. The surrounding natural environment is also very good, surrounded by mountains and small streams, it is particularly beautiful. The downside is that the bathroom has a bit of an unpleasant smell and the room lights are too dim.

The overall service at Mangu Town is excellent! The staff who serviced our room were especially exceptional, patient, caring, and very understanding. However, I declined to view the private bath room before booking, simply looking at the pictures online. And it wasn't because it was fully booked and inconvenient to view! Upon entering the room, it smelled strongly of dampness and was cramped. Most puzzling was that the private baths were only drained once a day and couldn't be freely drained. With such a large temperature difference between morning and evening, draining the water once only allows for a single soak. If you want to soak again, you have to go to the public area. This seems to defeat the purpose of private baths. What's the point of paying the private bath price to stay in a damp, moldy, and cramped private bath room when you can't choose to do so multiple times? Why not stay in the slightly cheaper, brighter, and more spacious River Valley rooms? This makes me wonder why so many empty rooms aren't open for viewing, only pictures!

The hot spring water is nice and very hot. The room was clean and tidy. The front desk service is enthusiastic; there are more people at night, and the town is quite lively; it has everything, is convenient, and overall I am very satisfied. It is a good place to cultivate body and mind.

Huanren is not big, and everything is actually very close. This hotel is located by the Hunjiang River, and downstairs is the Minzu Square, which is very lively. There are also many restaurants nearby, which are all very convenient.
