Location is good, just right by the lake where there is a light display every night between 7 to 8pm. There are also lots of restaurants and eateries within walking distance. Room is thoughtfully laid out and is clean and quiet. Staff service is very good, both during check in and check out. They helped with the luggage in both instances, provided us with warm bottled water at checkout and are very friendly during our stay. Worth a 5 star rating. Highly recommended if you are in this town.

On May 3, I lived in Benxi Longfeng Hotel with my husband by car. I used to praise it. The hotel lobby has a good environment and clean atmosphere. Living in the 509 room facing the street. The room size is large enough and the bedding is clean. Talk about needing attention and improvement: 1. The hotel is at the intersection, and the noise of the big car is louder when the people are quiet at night. 2. The sound insulation effect of the room is average, and the sound of the bath water in other rooms can be heard clearly at 10:30 in the evening. 3.5 On the 5th floor of the 4th floor, there was a room to pick up the bride. It started shouting at more than 4 in the morning and continued until 8 in the morning. 4. Breakfast is vegetarian, the dishes are average, you can eat enough, and it is more friendly to vegetarian guests. 5. The shower head needs to be replaced, the spray water is not concentrated, the water flow is small, and the damage is serious. It is better to have such a quality hotel in Benxi County, and you can choose to stay. Traveling with the elderly and children, we booked a tatami four-person room. This room type is available on the fourth and fifth floors. The fourth floor can be reached directly by elevator, but the light is a little worse. The fifth floor requires one flight of stairs, which is not very convenient. At that time, there was a large window that made it brighter. Each floor has its pros and cons. We have a lot of stuff with our kids and elderly people, so we chose the fourth floor. The staff was very nice. They showed me two types of rooms and let me choose. When I checked out, my baby was still asleep from her nap, so they took the initiative to extend our check-out by one hour. The surrounding natural environment is also very good, surrounded by mountains and small streams, it is particularly beautiful. The downside is that the bathroom has a bit of an unpleasant smell and the room lights are too dim.

The overall service at Mangu Town is excellent! The staff who serviced our room were especially exceptional, patient, caring, and very understanding. However, I declined to view the private bath room before booking, simply looking at the pictures online. And it wasn't because it was fully booked and inconvenient to view! Upon entering the room, it smelled strongly of dampness and was cramped. Most puzzling was that the private baths were only drained once a day and couldn't be freely drained. With such a large temperature difference between morning and evening, draining the water once only allows for a single soak. If you want to soak again, you have to go to the public area. This seems to defeat the purpose of private baths. What's the point of paying the private bath price to stay in a damp, moldy, and cramped private bath room when you can't choose to do so multiple times? Why not stay in the slightly cheaper, brighter, and more spacious River Valley rooms? This makes me wonder why so many empty rooms aren't open for viewing, only pictures!

Huanren is not big, and everything is actually very close. This hotel is located by the Hunjiang River, and downstairs is the Minzu Square, which is very lively. There are also many restaurants nearby, which are all very convenient.

With parents and children, the whole family lived very comfortably. The hotel garden courtyard is very chic. It seems to be in a Jiangnan water town. Children can swim, play in the water park, and there is a gym. The elderly are very comfortable strolling in the yard, and the small bridge is flowing. Outside the window is a large lotus pond. You can see a large lotus blooming early. We came a little late and left a small part. After dinner in the evening, the lights in the small courtyard were brighter and it was more a scene. Especially beautiful. There are performances on weekends. Recommended weekends. Restaurant order evaluation, good taste, good service! Have the opportunity to stay for a few days again, very relaxed.

The room was very spacious, because the elderly were out, the note was quiet, so the quiet room was arranged, very friendly to sleep, the overall feeling of the room service staff was very warm and professional, breakfast was a fixed meal, very good and healthy ～

This is my third year visiting Benxi to enjoy the autumn scenery, and I still chose Xixi Hotel without hesitation. The Xiaocao Line from Guanmenshan offers beautiful views along the way. Upon arriving at the hotel, the room was clean and tidy, with the air conditioning already turned on. Best of all, there was a fireplace and a hot spring bath. There was a mahjong table and tatami mats, making it perfect for a family trip. Breakfast was served at the front desk; simple and homey, but the view made it very satisfying.

The room I stayed in was very clean and spacious, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, the check-in experience was great, I just forgot to take pictures!
