This is my second time staying at this hotel. There is a new girl at the front desk. She is pretty, enthusiastic and always smiling. I came to Benxi with a lot of luggage. She helped me deliver the luggage to the room and asked me if I needed laundry service. Unfortunately, I only stayed for one day and didn't have the chance to experience it. There is free coffee and sofas in the lobby. The environment is very good. The breakfast is more abundant than before. The hot milk is delicious. The restaurant is also large and bright. I will stay here every time I come to Benxi in the future, and I recommend everyone to come!

The overall stay experience exceeded expectations! ! I didn't expect there to be such a great hotel in Benxi with such fine details. When I came here, it had just opened for trial operation. It was very new, but it had no smell. The deodorization was very good.
The overall hotel design is very stylish and tonal. The original wood style design is very comfortable. The glass corridor from the first floor to the second floor gives a great feeling of space.
The room recommends a large sunny bed with a private bath and the water is very good and hot. The water is filled quickly, the room is large, the bathroom scent is good, and the whole house is smart and modern.
It is worth mentioning that the service attitude of the hotel staff is very good. The girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic and treats every guest very polite and friendly. The manager who should be a short-haired man is very considerate in handling our room upgrade. Among the girls, we needed some cleaning tools, and we found help to deliver them.
I have stayed in many hotels in the Northeast on business trips, and I feel that the overall hotel quality is four-star or above. The Yiyi and Atour All Seasons are in the same echelon. I will come back to Benxi next time.

Hygiene is okay, it would be better if the bathroom could separate dry and wet areas. The bath water is big and hot.
The location of the hotel is also good. It is very convenient to eat nearby and there is a park where you can stroll. There are more than a dozen parking spaces at the door, which can usually be parked. The lady at the front desk was very nice and asked several questions, all of which were answered promptly.

But I was lucky enough to choose the Marriott, which made me look at this place with admiration. The warm service, luxurious facilities, and sumptuous breakfast make people feel happy and forget to leave. For these reasons, Tianci Marriott will be my first choice for accommodation when I come here in the future. Since I don’t have the habit of leaving pictures, I didn’t take any photos. I have to say something special about the service. The front desk staff was very nice. After we checked in, one of them actually helped us take our things to the room. She then told me her last name was Meng and that she was my service butler. I could send her a WeChat message if I had any requests. I was really warmed at that moment. We chose a room with a private pool. There are many hot springs in the hotel, both indoors and outdoors. However, due to the cold weather, we did not go to the outdoor pool. The child loved playing in the indoor children's water play area. There was also a large swimming pool next to it. She also learned how to swim from her father. The breakfast was also very rich. The coffee made by the coffee machine is good ☕️ We ordered home-cooked dishes at the hotel restaurant for dinner. The children liked the roasted eggplant and Chinese cabbage meatballs very much. I feel very comfortable when I get up in the morning, open the balcony door and breathe in the fresh air. In short: this is a hotel that values privacy and quality, and we hope to keep this up. The kitchen can make à la carte dishes, authentic Northeastern cuisine, and the taste is good, but there is no milk and coffee in the breakfast buffet. I hope it can be added in the future. RRravlThe hotel is very clean.the room is small for just ok for one person with a super single mattress. There are a lot of eateries and shops nearby, looks like a BBQ street. The locatition is a bit hard to reach. There is no nore bus to go there after 8:20. The city is very clean and beautiful. In generla a good place to go. And most importantly, it is really cheap.
