Very pleasant experience. Was allowed to store our luggage’s after check-out which was very convenient for us as we wanted to explore on our final day without walking around with luggage.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering great value for money. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and eager to assist with anything I needed. Location not too bad, room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately there was building work across the Rd that started at 7am and goes on all through the day.

Rooms very modern & great customer service.
All facilities are great, especially gym is a full free weights gym, with big sauna, jacuzzi, steam, pool.
20 min taxi to airport. I requested a quiet room , was perfect away from main road.

I had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Zürich. The hotel room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for a relaxing trip. The bed was especially cozy and provided a great night's sleep. Initially, the pillow wasn’t quite to my liking, but after requesting a change, the new one was excellent and made all the difference.
One highlight was the bathtub, which was a pleasant surprise and great for unwinding after a long day. The location is convenient — just a 15-minute tram ride to Zurich city centre, with the tram station only 5 minutes away on foot.
The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and made check-in and service smooth and efficient. Overall, a very pleasant experience with great value for comfort, location, and service. I would definitely recommend it for both business and leisure stays.
