服務熱情周到，交通方便出站步行到酒店十分鐘以內，門口就有去由布院的巴士站，酒店雖然有年數了，但乾淨整潔，特別酒店的免費下午茶甜點非常好吃，温泉有室內室外非常舒適，總體感覺不錯

It should have facilities in the room such as tea and coffee. Air grille has so many dust. Bathroom items lack off such as cotton bud , shower cap, cotton pad.

お部屋が広くてベッドなのが楽で良かったです！
お風呂も源泉掛け流しで広くて楽しめました。
防音もしっかりしていて隣の音なども気にならなかったです。
何よりサービスが多く、ティータイムサービスや夜のプリンとアルコールサービスなど滞在中ずっと快適でした〜！

여기는 현지인들이 많이 이용하는곳 같아요. 일본인들이 와서 쉬는곳 같았구요, 오후 2시반부터 라운지 이용이 가능해서 12층에서 벳푸 전망을 보며 커피와 차, 디저트류를 먹을수 있어서 좋았어요. 매일 남녀탕이 바뀌는데 숙박하면 모두 이용할수 있어요. 카이세키는 사시미가 제일 맛잇었어요. 조식은 뷔페식인데 절임반찬류가 짜지않고 맛있었어요~ 그런데 터미널과 멀었어요. 벳푸공원과 스타벅스가 가깝게 있는데 이용하지 않았어요. 커피와 차를 1층 프론트에서 마실수 있어요. 저녁, 아침에 온천을 이용해서 룸 샤워실은 사용하지 않았구요, 화장실이 좀 작아서 등치 큰 사람들은 불편할것같았어요. 룸 타입마다 다른지는 모르겠지만요. 그리고 침대 스탠드가 없어서 그런건 있으면 좋을것같아요. 숟가락 달린 객실 키였고, 체크인을 룸 안에서 했어요. 새로운 경험이었습니다.
