It was good for the price I paid. There was a firealarm twice during my one-week-stay. You can go there, it’s not too bad. I never saw another person in the shared bathroom for instance. The reception is nice but the coffee small for its price. While you can hear in your room everything that is happening in front of it, I never had enough people on my floor to find it too disturbing. It’s a big building. What I really liked was the cozy room, the desk, the arrangement of the light and the sink. I felt at home in the private space.

The hotel is connected to multiple bungalows. The white tone shows elegant atmosphere. The room is large. It is equipped with a three-person fabric sofa. It is necessary to drive to the store. We drove from Hamburg and ate German beer + pig's trotters in Hamburg. We should talk about the perfect match to share hahaha. Facilities: Yes Hygiene: good Environment: Good Service: Good

Situated next to the bus stop and the train station. It takes 20 minutes to get to the centre by bus and 45 minutes to get to the airport by train. The staff is not friendly. The heating in the bathroom did not work. Having complained to the reception, the hotel staff brought a fan to the room! Why? In January. By the way, having arrived at the hotel at 2:00 PM, and the official check-in is after 3:00 PM, the hotel staff said that the room was not ready. “Well”, they prepared it, nothing to say. The breakfast is not tasty, in principle, to be fair, you will not go hungry, but… it is an acquired taste. A separate point is the coffee (attached a photo). “It”, stands on the tables in teapots. It tastes neither like coffee, nor like tea, nor like cocoa.

The room were quite compact but with the price its affordable. The location its actually quite far from the town. We took public transportation, so near the hotel there were not much option for food. They also do not have iron for clothes, and hot water you have to go down to the bar to get one. The staff however, were very great. Overall its good stay.

A wonderful hotel, although it is located a little far from the center, it is easily accessible by public transport, the metro and buses are a few minutes away. It was difficult to climb to the 8th floor with a backpack without an elevator; I didn’t quite understand whether there was one at all; for some, this issue may be important. Cleaning and replacement of towels was every day!

The suite is very large, with high ceilings and an old-fashioned style. The hotel is old, but the facilities are not old. There is also a balcony and kitchen facilities are fully equipped, which is suitable for family travel. The front desk service is very polite. Berlin prices have really skyrocketed, but the hotel price is also okay.

It is a large hotel with beautiful, bright rooms, but unfortunately no windows can be opened. The reception could not be reached by phone from the room or from the outside phone. The breakfast buffet could be great if empty bowls and jam jars were refilled more quickly. All in all, it was a so-so stay.

There is no parking lot, the hotel is not very clean, and the front desk is on the 7th floor. One elevator only stops at the 1st and 7th floors, so you can only take another elevator to check in. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so I don't know how it tastes. There is a McDonald's downstairs.

The hotel is a bit far from the train station, the furniture is somewhat old, the reception staff are very nice, but the cleaning staff are a bit careless. There was hair on the bathroom wall, and my breakfast trash from the second day of my stay was not taken out.

1. Less than 15mins walk to S-Bahn trains, including airport routes, to and from airport is around an hour. The most economical way to travel. Yes, there’s a lift access for luggage, pram, wheelchair and etc use. 2. Location was ok in general, loving the residential surroundings, pretty peaceful and quiet. 3. Room overall, satisfactory cleanliness. Smart tv, outdated radio(cd,cassette)which I don’t mind having jazz music played whole day. Bed was confortable, pillow was just so-so. 4. A lot of strategic power sockets but not user friendly, all were local rounded in plug, usual international traveler plug would not fit in. Reception would loan without fuss. 5. Good security, lift access through room key, CCTV was placed, after hours main lobby door have to be access by room key, 6. Reception staff in general serious looking, some are friendly with a smile and greetings. Housekeeping gentleman was friendly. 7. Shower pressure and temperature was great, have to point inner slightly, if not water would be sprayed out from the shower cubicle. 8. Lastly, Aircon was not working and reception claimed perhaps it’s spoilt and could loan a fan without charges. Did not request for one, had my window left ajar at all times when in the room as weather was still lovely ranging about 10-20 degrees Celsius. I bet summer time would not be that ideal for sure.
