The rooms are generously sized at approximately 40 sqm, perfectly proportioned, with an interior executed to near perfection. The atmosphere is calm and composed, and the service is polished, discreet, and highly professional. Luxury hospitality is ultimately remembered less by rules than by judgment and generosity. When pricing or policies feel disproportionate, the moment lingers longer than the gesture itself—and guests inevitably carry that memory forward. A more flexible approach would have elevated an otherwise outstanding experience. An exceptional hotel overall, offering remarkable value within its category.

Five star disappointment. They put us in a room in a back building then blocked our access to our room all week due to various events they had on the first floor. To get to our room we had to go up one set of stairs, walk an entire hallway, then take two more slow elevators. Very inconvenient and not a 5 star experience. I left a message of complaint with the manager and got no response. Very disappointed with this hotel experience.

Absolutely outrageous! We accidentally booked the wrong room and wanted to change it just a minute later. At the reception, we were just left standing there and laughed at, no help whatsoever, absolutely nothing. We were lied to, and everyone told us something different. This kind of customer service is simply shameful.

I really want to give this hotel a great review! The front desk staff were patient and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, quiet, and very clean. The location is super convenient with easy access to the subway and buses, and it's even within walking distance to the Brandenburg Gate. Sony Center's night views are right downstairs, which is a big plus. The breakfast quality was excellent, with salmon and another type of fish, and a good variety of dishes. The freshly squeezed juices were a nice touch! There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby, and being next to the Mall of Berlin makes shopping incredibly easy!

The hotel is surrounded by excellent amenities. It's a 10-minute walk to the zoo, and there are bus and subway stops right outside. The breakfast spread is generous, and both the gym and swimming facilities are well-equipped and complete. The front desk staff are welcoming and provide excellent customer service.

The room was very clean. The doorman was helpful and took out the trash, which was a nice touch. The front desk staff, cleaning crew, and customer service were all great. The only thing is they require a 200 euro deposit, which is refunded 7 to 14 business days after check-out, with the city tax deducted from it. I hope my deposit is returned promptly, thank you.

Booked this for my son's 18th birthday trip. We booked two hotels of similar quality in Berlin for the kids so they could have a change of scenery during their stay. When I made the reservation, I mentioned it was their first independent birthday trip. The first hotel gave them complimentary drink and dessert vouchers, but this one didn't offer anything. My son said the hotel was nice and lively, with decent, standard facilities. They even ran into a singer who was performing in Berlin during their stay! On the downside, the swimming pool was very small and didn't really match the hotel's overall standard.
