Guest UserWonderful hotel with great rooms, very stylish and good facilities. The breakfast is great, in the evening there is a DJ in the courtyard and the service and attentiveness of the staff is very good.
The Stue is fully recommended and we would be happy to come back next time we are in Berlin.

The hotel is stylish and beautiful and owns a very impressive restaurant. unfortunately the breakfast is overpriced. The selection is small and not appropriate for the high price. Unfortunately, the quality of the breakfast was not as high as the price would justify. The cheese, salmon, sauces and co. were already dried out and obviously from the day before.
I booked this hotel as a Hyatt member assuming it belongs to the World of Hyatt. At arrival I was told that only the advertising is done via the website and no Hyatt benefits can be applied.

Guest UserMy stay at the Pullman Berlin Schweizerhof was simply outstanding. From the moment you step into the hotel, you feel that special blend of elegance, tranquility, and warmth that immediately makes you feel at home.
The rooms are stylish, modern, and thoughtfully designed down to the last detail – spacious, incredibly clean, and equipped with every comfort imaginable. I was particularly impressed by how quiet it was despite the central location – a true luxury in Berlin.
The staff deserves special praise: attentive, professional, and always genuinely friendly. You don't feel like just one guest among many, but truly welcome and valued.
The breakfast is a real highlight – a wide selection, excellent quality, and everything beautifully presented. The spa and pool area also invites relaxation and perfectly completes the overall experience.
The location couldn't be better: central yet pleasantly quiet, with short distances to many sights and shopping opportunities.
In short: A hotel that impresses in every way and makes the stay something special. I will definitely be back.

The location is quite convenient, and the room is quiet and a good size. The facilities are what you'd expect, considering it's not a new hotel. The shower was a bit tricky to operate. Breakfast was reasonably varied, typical German breakfast. There's a bus stop and a Vietnamese restaurant within walking distance, and Potsdam Plaza is also very close.

Anonymous UserLet's start with the positives: The location is excellent, right next to the U2 subway station and very close to the U6. If you have the Berlin WelcomeCard, getting around by subway and bus is super convenient and saves you a lot of walking. There's a Rewe supermarket across the street with a great selection of food, and their salad bar and hot food counter are both excellent.
Now for the negatives: The staff were arrogant and rude. I waited in line to check in for almost 20 minutes when a white man just walked up and stood next to the queue, not bothering to line up. After the person in front of me finished, I walked up to the front desk with him. He said the balding male staff member at the desk had called him over. I told the male receptionist that everyone was queuing and should be served in order, but he insisted he had called that specific white man. At this point, another front desk was free, so I didn't argue and moved to that one. This is where it got even more interesting. When I tried to pay the deposit in cash, the female receptionist said they don't accept cash. Isn't it illegal in any country to refuse legal tender? And who says everyone has a credit card? I didn't want any trouble, so I pulled out my credit card, but for some reason, it wouldn't go through. Finally, this female receptionist said her colleague could accept cash, and indeed, the colleague came over and took the money. But if I hadn't asked, they wouldn't have even given me a receipt.
For a hotel costing over 2,000 euros a night, they don't provide bottled water unless you're a Hilton Silver member or higher. The coffee is also terrible instant coffee, the worst among the four hotels I stayed at on this Europe trip. The facilities are old but reasonably well-maintained. In short, besides the location, there are no redeeming qualities.

Guest UserThe facilities are new and the design is modern, with spacious rooms. Breakfast isn't the best, but it's decent. The location is superb; you can see the cathedral right from the balcony.

The Telegraph Office was renovated
I have stayed in many renovated hotels, but I was still pleasantly surprised. The color scheme (lights, soft furnishings) in the public areas perfectly solved the cold and alienated feeling of the old industry, giving people a soft mood
The details of the guest rooms are so 6️⃣, and the service is also thoughtful. The handsome guy at the front desk 🇩🇪 speaks Mandarin quite well. When asked if he had stayed in Shenzhen, he also had a Chinese name ”Haijin”😬
This is definitely a fairy hotel. Go straight to Museum Island (& Merkel's home is here), and to the south is the Humboldt University district, which has produced 57 Nobel Prize winners and many great people and celebrities
At night, walk around the ”school district house”. The Hack Courtyard is an enclosed ”creative park” with multiple openings. After entering one of the narrow corridors, it suddenly becomes a unique gathering point for subculture groups, where young people of all kinds gather (8️⃣-9️⃣).
The weekend is very lively, the weather is pleasant, and there are many people in the bars along the street. Maybe the next Nobel Prize winner is drinking beer and chatting 😌
It is worth mentioning that there is Sangu Maocai nearby! Come and have a meal of Maocai for 200 RMB hahahaha

YIZHUOGood! Must be praised! With family members, four people, booked a two-bedroom, one-room family room, only taxed 700 yuan, went to Germany for four days! This hotel in Berlin is the best! The traffic is so convenient, the environment is good ~ the key is that the price is so good! Push!
