AArthurKoGreat hotel, good sized modern rooms only thing the tv’s doesn’t have a smart features. Only 1 out of 3 lifts are working so need to spend some time on waiting it and it’s get busy at some times. Breakfast 10/10 a lot of options for every kind. Great location. A lot of restaurants around, shopping, Christmas market. Public transport like Underground or buss stops few minutes walking distance

AAnonymous UserThis apartment hotel is great! Just set it directly! Very clean and hygienic, comfortable temperature, spacious suite space, and kitchen, you can go to the supermarket to buy things and make a simple meal. The location is also very convenient, downstairs is the subway and bus stop. There are also several supermarket convenience stores. Very recommended! The front desk has fixed business hours, it is recommended to make an appointment in advance, otherwise no one will receive.
I have lived in a few old and small hotels in Europe before, and I am really surprised!

UuulissiVery good stay, hotel was fairly easy to reach, about 10/15 min from subway by foot. Good room, very clean and quiet. Very good breakfast. Gym also has plenty of exercise machines, fairly good for an hotel. Would stay again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the city center, and transportation is the biggest plus. The light rail and subway are right in front of the hotel and very close to the city center. The single room I booked was an attic room with a sloping roof and an area of less than 15 square meters. It was a little cramped and depressing when I checked in.
The front desk service is good, professional and enthusiastic. The room price is more than 900 per night. I feel that the price/performance ratio is not high. If I come to Berlin again, I probably won't stay here again.

AAnonymous UserSelf-check-in was a breeze. The hotel is quite large and lively. The room was bigger than I expected, and breakfast was good, though it did get very busy. It's not far from the main attractions, which is really convenient, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

AAnonymous UserPerfectly located — within easy walking distance to most major sights in Mitte like the Brandenburg Gate, Berlin Philharmonic, and Checkpoint Charlie. For places a bit further out, there’s a train station right in front of the hotel, which makes getting around effortless. There’s even a dm grocery store just a minute’s walk away, which was super convenient.
The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with a full set of amenities provided from the start — something surprisingly rare in Europe. Overall, a very comfortable and well-thought-out stay. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserThe location is great; however, the reception staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. There is no kettle in the room, which makes the stay less convenient, although hot water is available from the bartender at the lobby. I must say the bartender was very friendly and had a great attitude.
The room is very basic. On the positive side, the hotel is very conveniently located, less than three minutes from Berlin Train Station.

We tried ordering room service but we didn’t have a way to do it and when we called reception they basically told us to just look in the room for the menu. We only had a breakfast one. Other than that, everything else was awesome.

Environment: Turning left out of the main entrance, there are two supermarkets and a self-service laundry, which is very convenient.
Kids' breakfast: Trip.com stated that children under 11 eat for free, but the hotel front desk said it was for children under 6.

LLlunixTo check in, it's online and it's a pain... sometimes the lockers fail and you have to wait for someone to come... which can easily take about 30 minutes. There is no one at reception… only specific hours on some days…. Of course, sleeping there is very quiet and very well located because you have the metro and bus station next door that immediately takes you to the center. Very good cleaning and they always leave you some details for breakfast such as coffee capsules, tea bags, potatoes, a cold drink in the refrigerator….
