I feel completely cheated. The room is more than 200 feet and there are three beds. I live alone in a hotel purely for money The only thing is that I have to pay extra for luggage, which makes me feel a little worthless and has a bad impression of this hotel.

This hotel is extremely close to Berlin Hbf but apart from that, is very basic. My room lacked reading lights. The bed's doona/duvet was good quality but the sheet was not, feeling like a flanelette sheet used 50 times. There were only backless stools. A small desk was in the room. The hotel is not airconditioned. The shower and WiFi worked well but the bathroom was tiny. There was insufficient space on the suitcase shelf. The curtains were effective in shielding light. Thankfully there were no noise problems from the railway station but a guest departing at 0300 hours woke me. Overall, a very average hotel with the bare minimum room wise, lacking even free drinking water bottles.

Bed bugs! Woke up in the middle of the night with bed bugs all over the room. They switched us to a new room, and promised a refund “in a few days.” The bed bugs were verified by management… I have pictures and video of the one on the wall by my head. It’s been a week and they don’t respond to repeated emails, and no refunds for our stay yet.

Horrible! Both lifts don’t work and they ask whole guest to climb up to the rooms! Very bad management, they dont spend for maintenance but ask for guests to suffer. They day “sorry, step up to your room” no matter 6 or 8 floors. Avoid booking this hotel, none is taking care of you

Bar and kitchen closed entire time we were here. Booking was supposed to include free tea & coffee for staff (us) but the receptionists (all of them) were rude and refused to make them for us because they did t want to serve everyone. So basically 5 people doing nothing on reception and 50 people wanting to eat or drink who can’t get anything

Brilliant location, the best. Rooms are really good. Breakfast is a great way to start the day. Yummy. Other school groups can be noisy but management is helpful in responding to that. Group booking is helpful and responsive. I would recommend this hotel to any UK school group visiting Berlin. That said I have stayed here as a visitor to Berlin .
