Chic, stylish modern concept apartment hotel and just 1 metro station away from Bern Station. Also equipped with all the home appliances plus there's a coop supermarket right below

The location of the hotel is really near to the train station which is like about 1-2 minutes away from the main entrance which make the commuting around Bern really easy. As for the room, we took the studio apartment with kitchen which the space was sufficient and great for placing our luggage and the kitchen came in handy as well. As for the service, they are prompt in replying if there are any issues. Before our check-in we are faced with some errors regarding payment and everything was solved between trip.com and the hotel itself after we linked them up which make our trip stress free and convenient. Do note that the hotel itself does not have a front desk, check in and check out are all done using the app which required wifi connection. For the facilities, they have an area which allowed anyone to gather and mingle as well as washer and dryer are available for use. Definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again when we are back in Bern.

We went to Switzerland on a rental car trip and really needed a kitchen. Local food is very expensive and not very tasty...so we were looking for a place with a kitchen and found Staycook and stayed there. First of all, the private kitchen had two induction stoves and a microwave, so it was great to cook and eat (there were basic utensils such as small frying pans and plates). Also, it was connected to a parking lot, so it was great to drive around. However, please note that the parking fee is separate (about 24 francs per day). Also, the only thing that was good but inconvenient while staying was that we checked in online and the room key was online, so if the data or Wi-Fi was slow, the doors to the entrance, elevator, room, rooftop terrace, etc. would open slowly. During my stay, I had a problem with this app and couldn't open the door. I wandered around in front of the room for about 10 minutes before a staff member came and opened it for me. The online key was very inconvenient..
