Trash day is on Tuesday and the barrel can be left out and taken in if you stay falls on this day.The home has mini splits for heating along with a primary heater in the basement by the washer in dryer. The upper level also features a wood burning stove that we advise you only use with experience. There is typically firewood at the unit but you can also purchase it locally. The primary heater and mini splits do a nice job keeping it warm and if you're comfortable with a wood stove that warms the place up so quickly. In the winter months, there are additional 48 inch baseboard electric heaters (if needed in extreme cold) on the floor should need additional heat in each bedroom. Be sure to unplug them upon departure. Town noise ordinance- 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful.Must be at least 25 to book. Photo ID may be required upon check in.
