The residence itself look quite old, rooms are kind of clean but not really. It was somehow a bit smelly (old building), and our room was not renovated. The people at the reception was very nice. We got a room with view from the street in the first floor and didn’t like it at all. We asked for another room and luckily we got another room, the view was not directly front of the sea but could still see it. The surrounding was amazing, spectacular sea views. Very good location, close by to few beaches, store near by, bus stop just in front.

This was a great though compact apartment in a very nice and chilled city. It's convenient to the airport (€20 taxi ride) but about a mile off the beaten track for restaurants and shops. It was very hot when we were there so uncomfortable for us and sadly there was no air conditioning which made sleep difficult. However it was spotlessly clean and very much to our needs. We were disappointed with the one breakfast we booked as it was quite poor and amounted to a very basic yoghurt, muesli, croissant fare with no cereals or hot food or even cold meat or cheeses. Overall we were delighted with our stay as the staff were friendly and helpful and it was great value for money.

I tried calling to make a booking. I am visiting as a tourist from South Africa. As soon as the receptionist answered I politely asked if they spoke English, he just hung up the phone in my ear. I tried calling back twice but he left it ringing and to go to voicemail. I should have taken the reviews on Google seriously when they said the staff give bad service but I always try to give the benefit of the doubt.

All the information they gave me on the phone before I arrived was wrong (how many beds, what type of accommodation, views) all backwards. The sofa bed is not a place where you can sleep, impossible; soft, full of springs, with a hole in the middle, noisy and if you share it and the one next to you moves, you bounce. Apparently all the views of the sea come to be that if you look halfway out of the terrace then you see it to your left. The pool also did not open on the date they told us, due to technical problems. We won't be back and we don't recommend it.

Super appartement avec 2 chambres. Très bien placé pour découvrir Biarritz et ses alentours. Seul bémol : La prestation du ménage. 6 jours compris dans le prix 7 jours pas compris dans le prix. Écart d'une journée : 100€ la prestation. Donc à ce prix, il vaut mieux faire le ménage avant ie départ.

Residence bien desservie par bus et navette. Peu de commerces autour. A 1/2h du centre. Petite piscine. Plage à 20 minutes. Chbre correcte, certaines sont rénovées, literie moyenne, balcon et salon de jardin. Accueil sympa. Salle de petit dej borgne. Attention, nous avions réservé studio rénové côté océan, et nous avons eu non rénové côté parking... pour le même prix. Déception.

Plutôt une mauvaise expérience pour nous. L'appart est petit, donné pour 4/5 personnes.. mais que 4 places à table... Au vu de la qualité du matelas, il est IMPOSSIBLE ( env. 5 cm d'épaisseur) pour un adulte de dormir sur le canapé. De plus l'appartement étant exposé vers le sud, la chaleur y est intenable! impossible de faire un courant d'air, pas moins de 26/27 degrés. Impossible de manger sur la terrasse, en plein soleil, aucun parasol...Nous n'en garderons pas un bon souvenir....

Super séjour de 2 nuits pas chers et pour 4 ll y avait 2 petits lits + un clic clac c'était vraiment super, la vue sur la mer et de la piscine de l'hôtel je recommande cet hôtel ++ Il y avait une petite télé ça suffit car on ne vient pas pour regarder la télé tout le temps mais pour profiter de cet endroit exceptionnel ! (J'y suis allée en 2020)
