We had a really enjoyable stay. The rooms were clean, amenities were plentiful and beautiful, in particular, we really liked the soap and antique displays.
The staff were polite and adhered to our requests promptly and with care. They greeted us with a smile whenever they saw us. There is a turn down service where they will come round at night to ask if you need anything before turning in.
There would be a memo (via WhatsApp) to inform guests on the activities available to do for the day. The swimming pool and poolside bar/restaurants were really nice as well. We also had easy access to the beach.
Only downside is that there are not many touristy activities to do near the hotel (barely any cafes or shops) but the hotel did provide free transport to plaza lagoi and back. We ended up spending most of our time at the hotel. You also can’t order any food in so you’d have to eat at the hotel/room service. Would come back for a stay again.

The hotel only opened in Feb, yet the best I’ve been to so far. Excellent services, great view, clean room etc! Will definitely come back. Keep it up!

The hotel is new and clean. The beach is just behind the hotel. Everything was good except that the quality of the bbq seafood is not as fresh.

There are several blocks in the resort and we were assigned a room in the block closest to the pool/beach so we had a really good view! Note that there’s no lift in this block since there’s only 2 floors.
Environment and room are very comfortable. All staff are very nice and friendly too. We went for the tanjak souvenir making class and it was fun!
Some downsides:
•A lot of houseflies and mosquitoes especially after it rains.
•Some dishes with chicken or beef, the meat can be a bit tough. But there’s enough variety to choose from😊

Had a great stay at the Hotel Indigo! The room was super clean and comfy, with all the essentials. Staff were friendly and always ready to help. Loved the breakfast buffet—so many tasty options! Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel for kids. Make sure to use the kids club at the adjacent holiday inn. Bring socks for the indoor playroom

Service started right after pass immigration at the ferry terminal. They provide free shuttle to the hotel from terminal and we were surprised they already have our name on their list even though we did not inform them we are coming via ferry. Good service from all hotel staff and I love that we can get their help and services via whatapps instead of calling the reception or walking to the lobby. As there are nothing much to do in the hotel, a short staycation would be enough.
Breakfast buffet was ok, would be better if have more choices. We had dinner at Stix Satay Bar and it was good.

I had a wonderful holiday at Indigo. The environment was beautiful and comfortable, and the staff were very polite. In particular, the employee who drove us for pickup was extremely helpful—he assisted me in reporting a problem, and it was resolved quickly. I truly appreciate his help, though I regret that I forgot his name.
Overall, I had a great experience. The only downside was the communication issue. I was initially told that I would be contacted via WhatsApp for pickup, but that didn’t happen, and I almost had to walk back to the hotel. Despite this, I would still choose to stay at this hotel the next time I visit Bintan.

Super heartwarming, friendly and professional service! Love our stay at Hotel Indigo Bintan! Each and every staff truly went the extra mile to ensure that we were very well taken care of. I appreciated the high levels of care, starting from the exclusive waiting lounge at the Bintan ferry terminal, the complimentary BYD car transfers to and fro the hotel from the ferry terminal, the sheltered buggy rides all around the resort to ensure that we will stay dry in the monsoon rainy weather, the delicious and lovingly prepared semi-buffet breakfasts with ala carte options for main courses prepared upon order, the beautifully decorated and spacious rooms, the complimentary activities everyday to keep guests entertained etc. Most of all, all service staff are always greeting us with bright smiles throughout our stay! Hope to come back to visit again soon!
