"Neat little boutique resort with very pleasant staff. Very serene environment wthout noisy families and children.. surrounded by plenty of mangrove habitat within the property. Outside the property, you can cycle to rustic local villages and fisherman wharf (15mins walk away). Could hv been better if wifi is more stable. Electricity tripped once when we were there for 3D/2n..and if there is a.mini-fridge in the room, it would be perfect. Otherwise, all facilities are good enough. Menu serves a variety of western, indonesian and some chinese food but your best choice would be their yummy indonesian selection. Basic water activities eg swimming pool overlooking the sea, kayaking and other on-site tours are available. For kids: small slides, swings, see-saw, small animals eg rabbits, cats and chickens. Entertaintment: simple board games, uno, darts etc"

Vegetarian options available. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Beautiful sunrise you can watch from the beach. Hotel allows to rent a kayak. Overall , very calm place to relax for a quick holiday. Good value for money , recommend, and will be back again."

"We visited Indra Maya Pool Villa end of May for one week. He had a great stay there and enjoyed our time. The Villas were spacious, comfortable and tidy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed excelent food especially the indian Spice Restaurant and the Keelong seafood Restaurant. To finish the day at Calypso floating bar before doing a night swim in the pool was a great experience. We will come back again for sure."

"I feel so angry and disappointed during our stay in Bindan clubmed. When I stayed in the second morning around 8 am, the house keeper knocked my door many times until I opened the door. But I didn’t hang up “ make up the room”.Tell me why? During my stays, the telephone is not working until I left. And nobody refilled hand wash and body wash even I already informed you via WhatsApp. The most ridiculous thing happened when I checked out. I already asked your staff if I need take my 2 luggage’s on the shuttle bus. You promised you would take them to the ferry. But when got off, my luggages didn’t on the bus and nobody gave us the ferry ticket. My family 3 people stranded outside to wait our luggages mor than 20 minutes and then got our luggage and tickets. I already sent email to Bindan clubmed to complain,but nobody responded. I think in this clubmed, nobody cares the feeling of customer."

Kitchen staff prepares delicious meals; we had Ikan Kari (pomfret fish) as well as ayam goreng bawang and did not regret it. Beautiful swimming pool with onobstructed views of the ocean. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel was very clean. The room was simple and spotless. I had no complaints at all. I stayed here because I wanted to catch the first ferry in the morning. It was super convenient as the ferry terminal was less than a 10-minute walk, even with a suitcase. Breakfast was included and available from 6 AM, which was a huge plus. The breakfast mostly consisted of Indonesian dishes, which I'm not familiar with as a Japanese person, so I just had toast. Overall, it was a good hotel."

The staff and receptionist were super friendly and accommodating, and we were so lucky to get a free upgrade to the Premier Deluxe Room — such a pleasant surprise! The breakfast was nice, though it could be even better with more drink options. Be sure to check out their music bar at night — it’s a great spot to relax with free videoke and billiards for a small fee. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel when visiting Bintan!"

"Excellent resort to relax and enjoy a perfect beach holiday! What really makes this place unique is the amazing people at the resort. We have travelled a lot and the staff at Trikora beach club are the best we have seen. Especially Anuar! He is a star at the resort. We hope the managment understand how dedicated there staff is. They are always smiling and you really can not be in a bad mood when you talk with them. The resort itself is also beautiful and we loved the natural feeling of it. Beautiful beach also. They also have excellent menu and all the meals we had during our six days visit were excellent. Perfect place for the people who want to run away all the hustle and bustle of the world."
