From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt the touch of luxury and care that defines this exquisite resort. A special mention must go to the superb team led by Greg Williams, whose attention to detail and commitment to excellence were evident throughout our stay. Under his leadership, everything ran seamlessly, and every guest was treated with exceptional hospitality. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Yani from Guest Relations, who ensured our every need was anticipated and met with grace and professionalism. Her warm demeanor and thoughtful gestures truly made us feel at home. A huge appreciation as well to Joanne from the F&B team, whose impeccable service and cheerful personality enhanced every dining experience. She made each meal a pleasure, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. And of course, our sincere thanks to Chef Budi, whose culinary creations were absolutely divine. Each dish was a masterpiece – a perfect blend of flavors, presentation, and freshness. He made dining at The Sanchaya not just a meal, but a memorable experience. Staying in Cassia Bintan was the perfect sanctuary I needed to recharge and getaway from the busy city life. This 'me-time' was exactly what I needed to find my peace again. The hospitality started the moment I arrived—I was greeted by Arya at the counter, who was incredibly helpful and kind. His warm welcome immediately put me at ease as a solo traveller. I truly appreciated the shuttle bus provided by Cassia from the ferry terminal; it felt very safe and organized, which is so important for solo female travellers. The room itself was a dream. I loved the blue colour of the room. This soothing blue wall creates a calm space where I can truly relax. It's spacious and clean. My favourite spot was the well-equipped kitchenette and the nice private balcony; the air felt so clean and fresh, and it was such a serene place for me to sit and do my painting. I love the sea so much, and the serene beach was so therapeutic. The pristine white sand and the shimmering turquoise blue sea were breathtaking. Being able to stroll along the shore every single day while listening to the gentle sea waves was the perfect way to clear my mind. I also loved spending time at Vista—sipping on their refreshing lime juice while soaking in the stunning sea view was pure bliss. The food at Lotus Cafe was delicious, and the staff always greeted me with a warm smile. Having the market 23 nearby was also so convenient for snacks and essentials. The hotel is part of a bigger resort property. The hotel location is good and the staff service attitude is great. However, the quality of the foods served in the restaurants are not good. The goods sold in the Happy Marts inside the resort property are extremely overpriced which are 3 to 4 times more expensive than in Singapore. Further, the gym in the Recreation Centre has a very strong mouldy smell. The quality of the SPA is not good. The technique of the masseurs should be improved. Also, the air-conditioner in the massage room is broken. Not worth to have any SPA treatment there.

Everything was great but please learn to delivery ”no” message to your customer instead of stalling tactic. We requested for early checkin as the ferry disembarked at close to 12pm. The concierge told us it was subjected to availability. They will try to clean up room quickly. We waited close to 3hrs, 15mins before official check in time to get the room. But we noticed neighboring units were empty.. and due to low occupancy, the breakfast was ala-carte instead of buffet.

This is my second time staying in Aston. The service is impeccable and the staff are the most friendliest and helpful people. The rooms are kept clean daily with fresh towels always available. The restaurant is cosy with really good variety of both western and delicious Indonesian traditional food. The hotel’s location is just a stone’s throw away from lots of eateries and restaurants, museums and tourist spots. The swimming pool has a children’s pool and mini water park. Great for families with young children. The adult pool is always clean and big enough for a good workout. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come again.

What suppose to be a 1 night stay turn into 2 nights stay! Cause my daughter love the place... Recommend fazly our driver for all 2 nights big shout out to him as he really good and bring us to what we want for our activities.... It's abit too far from the ferry terminal but it's worth it... The sceneries ans all the staff is very efficient and also very respectful. Just to take note there is no nearby eateries but got a small convinient store and tell the reception and they will get a driver for us to go for free... As we extended our stay they assist us to contact the ferry terminal but we have to go there and pay the rebboking fee... And breakfast was good too... For sure will be back again and stay at this hotel again.. Ps to the management it will be good if you could provide a microwave since sometimes we will buy food earlier and bring over as no local eateries nearby. Kudos to the team there for the excellent and pleasant stay..

Near the beach and have multiple things to do including volleyball cycling kayaking. The room my family stayed in looked to be one of the older rooms. It is decently clean enough. Service wise was good as the staff strived to assist my family for our requests. Snacks provided in room are free which is nice. Kakung at sun moon restaurant was great

The hotel is very good. The environment and facilities are very good. The disadvantage is that there is too much silicone oil on the beach. I took a few photos and stepped on the oil. Fortunately, the hotel service was very good. The waiter went to the room to help clean up. We are very satisfied with the service of the hotel! We have lived in villas and beach houses. It is really cozy and relaxing! What I want to suggest in particular is whether Chinese food can be made more delicious, such as hot pot restaurants ... there are too few ingredients ... I hope the hotel can be better and better, because we live in Singapore, we will often go on vacation, and look forward to next time New feeling!

The pod at Anmon looked nicer, but it was on the pricier side. The villa we stayed in wasn’t bad, but definitely worn down—some spots weren’t painted well, the toilet sink clogged, and there was this weird smell in the room. The service was great and location is alright since you pretty much need to travel around with a car anyways

當天我丟失了我的包，感謝兩位酒店的工作人員幫我看守了我的包，包裏有我的護照銀行卡還有很多現金，時間長達三個小時，如果丟失了我的包我甚至回不了中國，感謝兩位拾金不昧的員工，這是我最幸運的一次旅行👍👍👍 Hari itu saya kehilangan tas saya. Terima kasih banyak kepada kedua staf hotel yang telah menjaga tas saya. Di dalam tas ada paspor, kartu bank, dan banyak uang tunai. Mereka menjaganya selama tiga jam. Jika tas saya hilang, saya bahkan tidak bisa kembali ke Tiongkok. Terima kasih kepada kedua karyawan yang jujur ini. Ini adalah perjalanan paling beruntung yang pernah saya alami.
