KKiyohime-samaThe hotel is part of a bigger resort property. The hotel location is good and the staff service attitude is great. However, the quality of the foods served in the restaurants are not good. The goods sold in the Happy Marts inside the resort property are extremely overpriced which are 3 to 4 times more expensive than in Singapore. Further, the gym in the Recreation Centre has a very strong mouldy smell. The quality of the SPA is not good. The technique of the masseurs should be improved. Also, the air-conditioner in the massage room is broken. Not worth to have any SPA treatment there.

GGuest UserEverything was great but please learn to delivery ”no” message to your customer instead of stalling tactic. We requested for early checkin as the ferry disembarked at close to 12pm. The concierge told us it was subjected to availability. They will try to clean up room quickly. We waited close to 3hrs, 15mins before official check in time to get the room. But we noticed neighboring units were empty.. and due to low occupancy, the breakfast was ala-carte instead of buffet.

GGuest UserThis is my second time staying in Aston. The service is impeccable and the staff are the most friendliest and helpful people. The rooms are kept clean daily with fresh towels always available. The restaurant is cosy with really good variety of both western and delicious Indonesian traditional food. The hotel’s location is just a stone’s throw away from lots of eateries and restaurants, museums and tourist spots. The swimming pool has a children’s pool and mini water park. Great for families with young children. The adult pool is always clean and big enough for a good workout. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come again.

Aahmad Ridzwan nasirudinWhat suppose to be a 1 night stay turn into 2 nights stay! Cause my daughter love the place... Recommend fazly our driver for all 2 nights big shout out to him as he really good and bring us to what we want for our activities.... It's abit too far from the ferry terminal but it's worth it... The sceneries ans all the staff is very efficient and also very respectful. Just to take note there is no nearby eateries but got a small convinient store and tell the reception and they will get a driver for us to go for free... As we extended our stay they assist us to contact the ferry terminal but we have to go there and pay the rebboking fee... And breakfast was good too... For sure will be back again and stay at this hotel again.. Ps to the management it will be good if you could provide a microwave since sometimes we will buy food earlier and bring over as no local eateries nearby. Kudos to the team there for the excellent and pleasant stay..

GGuest UserNear the beach and have multiple things to do including volleyball cycling kayaking. The room my family stayed in looked to be one of the older rooms. It is decently clean enough. Service wise was good as the staff strived to assist my family for our requests. Snacks provided in room are free which is nice. Kakung at sun moon restaurant was great

GGuest UserThe hotel is very good. The environment and facilities are very good. The disadvantage is that there is too much silicone oil on the beach. I took a few photos and stepped on the oil. Fortunately, the hotel service was very good. The waiter went to the room to help clean up. We are very satisfied with the service of the hotel! We have lived in villas and beach houses. It is really cozy and relaxing! What I want to suggest in particular is whether Chinese food can be made more delicious, such as hot pot restaurants ... there are too few ingredients ... I hope the hotel can be better and better, because we live in Singapore, we will often go on vacation, and look forward to next time New feeling!

The villa we stayed in wasn’t bad, but definitely worn down—some spots weren’t painted well, the toilet sink clogged, and there was this weird smell in the room. The service was great and location is alright since you pretty much need to travel around with a car anyways
