The hotel is very clean. The staffs are really helpful. The breakfast is not bad. Located within Lagoi area.

The hotel stay is comfortable, according to the front desk reception D prima hotel is a budget hotel which i think i have over paid for a budget hotel in Bintan.
In the web site stated was a 4 star hotel.

Room abit small but cleanliness is good. However, amenities can be improved. Location is near to 2 massage joints.

Staying at DPrima was a good experience. The team Sandii, Samuel and Rita are really amazing. Next time in Bintan I hope to stay again at DPrima.

The location is great. It’s a 1-minute walk to the massage shop.
I made a late reservation, so I looked for other places and their prices went up a lot, so I ended up booking this place, but since it's a hotel that's been open for 23 years, it's clean and the staff is friendly!

The location is a bit narrow, but it's understandable because it's cheap. However, the hygiene is a bit dirty. There are garbage from the previous guests in the wash basin, there are some marks on the bed, and the phone is a bit dirty, but the customer service staff has a very good attitude. There is a ride-hailing service, but the price seems to be different from the originally stated price.
