I ended up in Binz spontaneously and stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. I had a spacious ocean view room with separate living area and balcony and I loved it. The hotel is separated from the beach only by the pedestrian promenade and very quiet. The AC in the room was working well. Unfortunately, due to the many mosquitoes in the area at the time, I did not want to keep the windows open at night. The atmosphere and the food in the bar/restaurant was excellent, as well as the breakfast buffet. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Very convenient location and the elevator was also helpful for me. Overall my short stay at this hotel and in Binz was great! Would definitely return!

This hotel is close to perfect. Great facilities and service above normal. The location could not have been better. The room we got was bigger than ecpected with full equipment. The spa in the basement was not to big, but enough. The restaurant serves very good food and the breakfast had everything. The women in the the breakfast-restaurant are the best... and so are the front desk staff. Hope you pay them well! We will be back.

Upon arrival, we were surprised at how old-fashioned the rooms were. We decided to go out for dinner after which we got food poisoning (the only thing we both ate was fish). We contacted the hotel staff but they were not very helpful. The next day we decided to leave the hotel because we no longer wanted to eat in the hotel restaurant. When leaving, the staff was rude and they charged us for dinner, which caused us to spend the night vomiting and having diarrhea. They charged us for one night more than was indicated on the Booking (and tried to charge us extra for breakfast that we didn't have, and was included in Booking price). Their argument was "You are the first guests to complain". We are definitely not coming back to this hotel!

Beautiful
Beautiful, immaculate, spacious. Comfy rooms, friendly staff, generous breakfast. And an exquisite restaurant. All right on the seaside promenade.

Es passt fast alles. Schöne Zimmer, freundliches Personal, gutes, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Die Lage ist ideal. Nahe am Ortskern mit seinen vielen Restaurants, direkt am Strand gelegen, aber ohne den Rummel und die Geräuschkulisse, die man im Zentrum hat. Nicht ganz so ideal ist der angepriesene Wellnessbereich. Er wirkt sehr kühl, das Wasser ist viel zu kalt und es ist extrem laut und hallend. Bereits 2 oder 3 normal spielende (nicht krakelende) Kinder genügen, um Entspannung unmöglich zu machen. Enttäuscht waren wir nur vom Restaurant. Fisch erwartet man direkt am Meer und zu den aufgerufenen Preise anders.

Junior-Suite unter unseren Erwartungen
Die Junior Suite, insbesondere der Balkon hat nicht ganz unsere Erwartungen erfüllt (Sitzgelegenheiten und Ausblick fehlte). Es ist nicht einfach einen Parkplatz in Binz zu finden. Elektroauto-Ladestationen sind auch schwerz zu finden. Bei beidem kann das Hotel nur sehr begrenzte Angebote machen.

Uns wurde ein überaus freundlicher Empfang bereitet.
Check In verlief in entspannter Atmosphäre, alles wurde in Ruhe erklärt. Das Essen ( Halbpension ) war ausgezeichnet. Die Sauberkeit und der allgemeine Service
ließen keine Wünsche offen. Meine Frau und auch ich empfehlen das Hotel weiter.
