This hotel offers a great location and comfortable rooms. However, there is no room service available. When ordering food, you have to pick it up from the reception, and the quality is average for the price, making the dining experience less than ideal.

The hotel was extremely clean. The staff were so friendly and always on hand to help with any questions. The room was extremely comfortable and lovely and warm.

All good- location, closeness to tram, restaurants, cleanliness, breakfast, staff including the cleaner. The only issue is the TV which never worked.

The location is bang in the middle of the city centre so it is well connected. Check in was smooth and we were allotted a room with an amazing view. There are additional amenities like a locker as well as an ironing board in the room. The breakfast spread had a delicious range from bakery, cereals, fruits, even waffles!! Overall, a lovely stay at Hampton😊
