Terrible. Dripping tap in the bathroom all night, surely housekeeping should have noticed this??!!! Room old and tatty. Desperately needs to be reversed. No air con only a fan!! Had no sleep due to poor maintenance of the room. Suggest other travel hotels locally. They can’t be any worse!!!!

Attended this Premier inn for the 15th time in 2 years now and exceptional service every visit. Lisa at breakfast is always a delight first thing in the morning and provides everyone with lovely customer service. Breakfast is always fresh and prepared quickly. Would 100% recommend to anyone considering staying.

The parking was easy the rooms were comfortable, town is not too far away if driving but not close to any tram or train links. Custoner service was great, and Lisa was a massive help when ever needed. We got exclusive handmade jewellery as well and the proceeds go to Great Ormond Street Hospital, so can't complain.

Me and my husband stay here once a month and it's great this time we took the kids with us (grown kids ) and they said how lovely it was the bed are so comfy the food os great and lisa and the team are all so kind and lovely lisa takes timemour to coke and talk to you and the other staff members do the same its such a lovely experience everytine we go lisa and the team.do a brilliant job xxx k boden

Very friendly excellent customer service, will definitely return, was greater with a smile and the staff where genuine and approachable at any point during the day, afternoon or night no matter the issue they looked to sort it with ease. Thank you for the experience.

Lovely hotel with the bedroom and bathroom fresh and clean for my stay, I was greeted and always accompanied by friendly staff. The best moments were coming down the stairs in the morning and smelling the lovely breakfast. Thanks Lisa and the team. Thanks Premier inn

Lisa and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Gave very knowledgeable advice about the area. Nothing was any trouble for Lisa and the staff. Service was excellent and this was also voiced by the rest of our party. Food was of very high standard.

Came for Birmingham christmas market, room was fit for purpose, beds comfortable and room clean. Rooms were ready when we got there before standard check in time which was great after a long drive. Breakfast worth the money. Lisa at the front desk was kind and charismatic and an asset to the team with excellent customer service.
