Very quiet hotel, efficient staff and check in. Good accessibility and easy Parking, Rooms clean and very comfortable bed. Good TV and Tea /Coffee, making facilities Bathroom and shower clean and efficient. Only 2mins from Junction M6/A34

I have used numerous Premier Inns but this one was the friendliest I've experienced. Parking was easy and everything generally " Bijoux"!

The staff are what make this Premier Inn they were very helpful attentive at checking, we were winning and happy to give us information about the local area. Overall great customer service. The rooms looked a bit tired, especially the bathroom area. It could definitely do with an overhaul but that being said it was functional and did the job. we had breakfast which was good and made to order there was a decent coffee machine but note, no hot chocolate. Big shout out to Lisa for great customer service.

I have stayed at this Premier Inn 3 times over the last couple of months and found Lisa’s care and attention to guests exceptional. During a heatwave the room was kept lovely and cool by shutting the curtains and removing the duvet and using cover as a sheet. Also a really good fan was in the room. So result was a great nights sleep. Also added bonus a very good breakfast cooked from scratch. This may be a smaller PI, however, with Lisa and her team making sure your stay is comfortable and any needs catered for, would highly recommend staying here and certainly would do the same if visiting Brum again.

Really simple one here, toilet wouldn’t flush during the night, said to reception at breakfast, and apparently they knew about it and had a contractor scheduled from previous afternoon. I didn’t check in until 9pm. Why give a customer a room with a known defective toilet??? I asked if any adjacent rooms were free to use the bathroom, and was told no. Annoying flashing red and green leds on the smoke detector directly above the bed. Room 206. Unacceptable at any price point. Breakfast was good.
