Upon arriving we were greeted warmly and we booked in opting to pay the extra for an early check in. The room we had was the standard double which was great for our needs, however when we were leaving later to meet family we discovered the door would not lock this was reported to reception who assured us this would be looked into whilst we were away. Whilst out we had a phone call informing us of the progress and that our room had been changed. When we returned later reception had relocated us to another room, and reduced our bill as compensation for the inconvenience Lisa the staff member we dealt with was very professional and courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Although we had a slight problem with the room I can say confidently that the staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful and I will certainly stop here again on my next visit home.

Everything was fantastic, staff, cleanliness, comfort quiet. Cannot fault definitely recommend . Staff were absolutely fantastic. Breakfast was cooked fresh. We could have as much as we wanted with unlimited coffee/tea. Very enjoyable stay.

Lovely hotel. Good options with heater and fan to achieve the optimum temperature. Comfortable bed. Great wifi and free parking. Good choices for continental and cooked breakfast options. Lisa the Duty Manager made my day and my stay. She was so friendly and welcoming.

Lisa was very welcoming on arrival, great nights sleep, room is very spacious for one . plenty of spaces to park. If you don’t fancy eating at the premier inn there are local restaurants/takeaways to choose from. I highly recommend this Premier Inn

Could not have done more from the minute I arrived to make sure that all my needs were met during my stay. Very attentive, friendly and professional service. I didn’t have to wait, there was plenty of parking and the room was very well equipped with an extra plug in radiator should I need it.

Lisa at reception when we arrived and also for breakfast for the 2 days we were there was, friendly, polite and efficient. She was always willing to to be of assistance and was not only helpful to us regarding us wanting extra bacon or eggs for breakfast but to other guests as well. The cooked breakfast was wonderful and the staff were brilliant. Only wish we could have dinner there as well.

My wife and I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Lisa the receptionist couldn’t have been nicer. She arranged breakfast for the rest of my family that lived close by. She made our stay a pleasurable one.

Very comfortable stay. Service provided from staff was exceptional. Lady at breakfast (sorry, I didn't catch her name) was very helpful and friendly - she put cartoons on TV for my son and made sure we had everything we needed. She had even put some Xmas treats in the room for my son on our arrival which was a lovely touch. Will definitely stay again when we are next in the area.
