Premier Inn Birmingham City - Aston

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel with our children. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming—especially to our daughter, which made her feel extra special. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep for all of us. Breakfast was a highlight for the kids—they absolutely loved it! We were also really impressed by how accommodating the staff were to my wife’s dietary needs. She has a dairy allergy, and the team made sure she had soya milk available for her tea in the room, which we really appreciated. The amenities were easily accessible and the hotel’s decor was modern and fresh throughout. Everything felt clean and well cared for. We highly recommend this hotel for families—it’s clear they go out of their way to make guests feel at home.

Previously I've rated this place, & the negative has been the restaurant. To describe it historically as hit & miss suggests there was a potential of 'hit'. There wasn't. So, with a high level of trepidation we booked the restaurant, as our daughter needed an appointment in the children's hospital, & we needed an overnight. The staff have always done their best, but lacked support & resources. The transformation has been fantastic & to relief to the hard working staff. We had a fantastic experience in the restaurant & the best part was our waitress,. Charlaine. Professional, inobtrusive, & attentive. A credit to the company. Along with the rest of the staff, it felt like we were staying with friends.

The waitress fern was very helpful and kind, one of the best iv ever had in a premier inn well done to her iv had good food hear and the bed is nice nothing to complain about lots of respect to all the staff in this establishment clean and tidy will happily come back again

The experience was poor. We booked the rooms six months ago and requested rooms to be in close proximity which was not accommodated. The hotel and rooms were not clean to an acceptable standard. The hotel needs to be refurbished. The standard of the hotel was below average Premier experience you would expect.

Can not recommend this place enough. We paid £40 for a family room. (For that kind of price we weren’t expecting to much. How wrong we were!) The staff are not only friendly but so helpful and go out of their way to help and make your stay as easy and enjoyable as they can for you. Had a really really good stay. Superb.

Just left this hotel and I am buzzing…. The new Social restaurant area is amazing. It feels like a boutique hotel with amazing music which has a really positive modern vibe.. I literally wanted to stay as I was so relaxed. The team here are very accommodating and make you feel most welcome. Very impressed! I travel across the UK in Premier Inn hotels and this hotel, by a long way, is the best experience I have had so far. Congratulations to the team and the new concept (The Social) which I am convinced is going to be a big hit as you roll it out across the UK (I hope) Highly recommended people…. See it u again soon
