Staff very rude . Check in was a nightmare very busy. Fire alarm went of several times early hours . No apology. Room very small. Lift and corridors dirty and grimy No parking except for disabled. No water or glasses in the room. Wouldn't stay again.

Great hotel choice. Close to Brindley Place / Broad Street but tucked away around the corner so no noise disturbance. Walking distance to BullRing too but also close to trams and buses. Staff were lovely at check in and check out. Gentleman who checked us out this morning was really helpful when we were after a drink of water (without us even asking him for help). Left feeling really happy with our stay. Will definitely be booming here again for our next trip to Birmingham.

I have previously left negative reviews about one other particular Premier Inn hotel that was a disaster, but I’m happy to say that my stay at this hotel was perfect. From the quality of the check in experience right through to breakfast prior to departure my experience could not have been better. Like many other travellers, I suspect, I would have preferred on site parking, but I totally understand why it isn’t possible at this hotel. I would most certainly be happy to stay there again without any concerns.

Excellent stay in a lovely Premier Inn tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of the city centre/New Street Station, but still on the doorstep for lots of key venues. The team were just fabulous. Stayed here to see David Gray at the Symphony Hall which was only a few minutes walk away.

Lovely quiet hotel in a great location - 12 minute walk to Utilia Arena, and about the same to the city centre shopping areas. Well maintained and clean with friendly and helpful staff. Particularly impressed with the breakfast which was cooked beautifully by the chef. Also had a late night meal which was very good.
