Made use of the hotel for an overnight stay. From the outside, the hotel may not seem like much at the moment, due to the various road/building works currently going on the the area, but inside, its like any other Premiere Inn. The staff were friendly and the check-in/out process was a breeze. The room was just right for a single night. Maybe a little bit on the cramped side for 2 people when including the double-bed, as it left little room to move past the desk to get to the other side of the bed and to the window. But it had all the items needed, tea/coffee making facilities, usb charging ports alongside the plug sockets, hair drier included in the room, rather than on request. The room itself though was comfortable, the bed was soft and the temperature was just right (Though along with a built in heater, fans were also provided in case the room was ever too warm) Didnt have much issue with noise. With the Hotel being next to the canal, you arent too far from some pubs/bars in the area. When the windows were open, you'd hear a fair bit of the foot traffic as well as some of the music/drinkers, but when they were all closed, it managed to block the bulk of it, making for a peaceful nights sleep. One thing to note though, while the hotel is fine for those who are relying on public transport, drivers may struggle, as from what I could see, the hotel had very limited spaces for parking.
