Birmingham Bridge Street 10 5 25 From start to finish whole experience was poor Poor experience in Oct 24 - BENEFIT GIVEN Tried booking on line systemdown, hours wasted as system kept failing and had to book via 0330 number, nearly price as web quoted but £1 extra (Charity) Got to inn and was gobsmmacked to be asked by officious lady for ID FOR CASH I would have booked on line if your system was effective. Cash for whatever lame excuse is an INSULT Especially for people who have accounts and have stopped with you hundreds of times. Please don’t lie it is CASHLESS VIA THE BACKDOOR Reception very officious What has happened to PI the last 12 months ? Another good company ruined by stupid managers Finished with Premier inn for definate this time Travelodge just as good and cheaper and can take dogs Didn’t renew my season tkt at football clu last season as they refuse cash CASH IS KING customers are not here to make your job easier What could have been done better Lots , functioning IT, less officious, borderline rude staff , telling TRUTH and adding it to the real reason of your rules and regs

Stayed in the hotel last weekend and it was a pleasant stay. The room were clean to a very good standard and breakfast was good too. What stood out to me was the professional attitude of all the staff specially the manager on duty Mr Chris. He was around during the check in and was very kind to our kids. During breakfast I asked for a soft boiled egg and it was made just I like it. Well done to entire team. Thank you

I recently stayed at the Premier Inn on Bridge Street in Birmingham City Centre and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the canals, restaurants and bars, making it perfect for both leisure and business trips. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a super comfy bed and blackout curtains that made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help with any queries I had. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and I really appreciated the quiet, relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Birmingham. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, well-located, and affordable place to stay in the city centre!

The approach to the hotel feels like your going in via the tradesman's entrance. Warm enough welcome at reception. Room was looking a little tired and ready for a make over but biggest issue was no air-con in the room (stayed on hottest nght of the year so far 😰), just a noisy fan to move air in the room. Breakfast was a saving grace. Overall, I wished I'd paid the extra £20 and gone to Radisson Blu or Holiday Inn
