Less than 10 mins away from New Street Rail
station so very near Bull Ring and other attractions as Birmingham Library which looks like a cake!Amazing!
Easy check in and out. Hotel has a luggage area so on check out we managed to stroll around comfortably. Friendly staff like Elsa. Good breakfast. I love the vegetarian sausages and the cute, soft little pancakes. Coffee is important for me so I loved that they have 3 coffee machines so no long queue! The reception area has a very nice smell. I want to buy the air freshener they use☺️ Clean room with a very nice view. Had a good stay except that some nearby guests would rather close their doors so loudly that it disrupted my sleep. I just wish people could be a bit respectful.

First time travelling to Birmingham to see a show at the arena. We booked the hotel as it appeared to be a short distance from Birmingham New Street Station. The walk ended up being about a 10/15 minute walk. It was also a 10 minute walk to the arena so perfect for anyone going to a show at the nearby arena. The reception team were great and gave us a few recommendations for food outlets open on a Sunday evening. Will definitely be returning in the future and highly recommend!

Terrible experience with service by ***** named shld be **** front desk. Very rude to blame me not informing her we got 2 rooms booked with 2 name. The booking confirmation paper shown her from starting, she just don’t bother to check properly and blame me didn’t tell her is 2 names. Is clearly stated in the confirmation voucher. And another colleague called ******** suddenly came to picture said we didn’t respect his colleague. He’s totally don’t know the situation & made the accusation. What kind of customer service provided? Totally not acceptable. Pls don’t book this hotel and they claimed themselves is 2 stars hotel but trip.com put 4 stars. We felt cheated coz we paid $400 for 2 room with treated like an enemy. We wrote an email to the GM also sweep under the carpet. Totally disappointed.

Convenient for the city centre. Friendly staff at the bar and reception. Comfy bed and everything you would need from the stay. Only issue is when I was about to check out I noticed a dried vomit stain on the bed and floor.

Its on the heart of the town and location is very convenient. They also provide breakfast which is good for the travellers. I definitely recommend this hotel

It is a nice hotel with a relatively low price. However, the parking is not actually available in the hotel. You have to park in the car park nearby.

I would stay here again! I loved the location of the hotel. It is right inbetween the city center (New Street Station & Bullring) and the beautiful Brindley Place are by the old canal. The room itself was clean and looked mostly like it was in the picture, I also had a pretty cool view onto the old canal from the 15th floor. The carpet and the couch looked a bit "worn down", but it was clean nonetheless. The staff was friendly, nice and very helpful. It was nice that the breakfast was included and there was a good choice of breakfast options. I can 100% recommend this hotel when staying in Birmingham. I had a nice time and didn't miss anything while staying at the Holiday Inn Express.
