The worst place I've ever stayed, even my 2 children wanted to leave. There was poo on the walls wooden floor was filthy with holes in black around skirting boards. My partner is a electrician and he said the place needs shutting down fire waiting to happen. That bad we slept on top of quilt in our clothes, the mattress was covered in blood , we couldn't stay the whole trip and left early. The toilet roll was soaking wet with mold on. The place needs renovation and that's being polite. Avoid this place

It's called the MyRoomz Orchid now, and still a budget accommodation for when you just need a bed for the night. The rooms are not ensuite and quite basic, but the hotel is close to Central Drive and its take aways and shops, from there it's a 5 minute walk into town. Don't expect the Ritz, but there are worse places.
