Blackpool Beach Holiday Flats

Stayed at Beach Holiday Flats from may 31 to 3 June 2024 the owner met us a very nice gentleman gave us the key. . Accommodation was very clean and comfortable Tea and Coffee Facilities are Provided the flats are a 5 minute walk to the Tower. Central pier coral island and shopping Everything you need Accommodation is modern clean and comfortable a great place to Stay all in all a home from home fantastic Place I will definitely Book to Stay again I would recommend Loved my time staying there and very pleased 😀 with Everything there it's a thumbs 👍 up from me.

I stayed here with my mum May 27th to May 31st 2024. We texted 20 minutes before we arrived. The owner met us, he gave us our key, he showed us our room, he said to contact if we needed anything, he was friendly. We stayed on the 2nd floor. The stairs were narrow and steep. When we booked it did not mention anything about narrow and steep stairs. I really feel this should be mentioned on the website. There was free unlimited WiFi, the password was on the back of the hotel room door. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The bedding was fluffy and thick, including the sheets. I ended up going to the shop and buying cotton bedding because what was provided was way too hot to sleep with. The room didn't look like how the Picture showed. In the bathroom we were provided with two very small towels. I think they must of been hand towels. We were also provided with a bar of soap and plenty of toilet rolls. The shower was easy to use. It was easy to set the temperature and it had a good water flow. The only light was the main ceiling light that had a very bright bulb - probably like a 100 watt bulb. It would be better if a less bright bulb was in it or if a small lamp was provided. In the kitchen there was a kettle, a toaster, a fridge, a microwave, a cooker everything worked. We were left with some tea/coffee/sugar and washing up liquid. There was also plenty of plates, cups, bowls etc. There was a dining table and two Chairs. There was a tv. There was no sofa or comfortable chairs to sit on but we didn't spend much time in the hotel. The hotel was close to things. It was very close to bus stops. It was easy to get to coral island, Blackpool tower, Blackpool Town Centre and the restaurants. It was a reasonably quiet area. We heard the deliveries coming to the near by shops in the morning but that's not the owners fault and that happens everywhere. It was big enough for two people. It's one single bed in a room with a tv , dining table and the kitchen area and another single bed around the corner, the person in the single bed around the corner has to walk past the other person at night to get to the bathroom. I am not good at wording things so please see other reviews. I would stay here again. I would recommend this place. I would just bring my own towel and bedding. It is a good place but just people need to be aware of the steep narrow stairs especially if they have disabilities

This was a great place to stay over September weekend. We have a regular place we go to every year but was full but found this little gem. Located more or less behind coral island was these fab little flats. Clean and spacious with everything you need. Only 1 negative thing was the shower lacked power to it but we did our best with what we had. We also had a TV in the sitting area, as well as in the room. We would definitely stay here again.

I travelled with my son,the flats are 10/15 mins walk from north train station shops are literally 5 minutes walk either way.On arrival there was tea/coffee,they were x2 medium towels,iron hairdryer tea towel it had everything we needed apart from scissors and plenty of storage.It is behind a pub (the castle) and can get a little noisy but was always quite by 11 pm. It’s situated behind coral island (central pier) so everything is literally on the doorstep

The reservation was cancelled by the owner while we where already on the doorstep with our suitcases. He told us it wasn't his problem. Later he called back to say he made a mistake and had an assistent let my friends in their room. He called back again to say he had made anther mistake and my friends had to vacate their room. When we were outside trying to work things out he threatened to call the police because we were tresspassing. All in all a terrible start of our weekend in Blackpool. Very rude and unhelpfull landlord, will never book again.

Fantastic place to stay very clean and a great location right behind coral island and bonny street market. Very central. The gentleman that met us was very friendly and welcoming. The flats have free wifi and a smart tv in linked to netflix Will deffo stay here again
