Obviously this is a budget hotel, it was cheap for 2 people 1 night, reception closed at 8pm so no bar facilities, no pool table or access to games room which was annoying, very small room for a double, clean and comfortable bed, but didn't get any sleep, the weather was lashing down with rain, I know can't help that, but gutter above room was broken so we had a water fall onto concrete bellow very lowd and annoying, good selection for continental breakfast,

Everything is fine. Look like just have renovation. Room and bathroom are clean. Don’t like breakfast. Free parking.

I was worried before staying at the henson but on arrival all the staff were very friendly and hospitable. Beds were comfy, a little squeaky but comfy. room was clean but a little dusty.

It's a little far from Blackpool North Station, but the rooms are very spacious. It's not a super luxury hotel, but it's very clean and comfortable. There is also an elevator.
The Henson hotel is a little far from the station and downtown, so if you have a large suitcase, it's a good idea to take a taxi.
There are buses and trams running so it's fine even at night.

Was there for 5 days with my partner and was our first time at Blackpool the staff and owner was really nice despite decorating and there lift not working you wouldn't have known by how professional they are 😊
Was a mix up with rooms at first but got quickly resolved 😊
