Roselea Hotel - St Chads

Absolutely amazing. Took us in last minute due to an air BnB letting us down. The people there were very friendly and understanding of the situation and sorted us out with a room as well as giving me somewhere to park. The room was clean and lovely. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay and thought the location was excellent. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and offered us all we needed. We paid extra for the breakfast which set us up for the day. We will definitely consider returning on a future visit.

Had a great stay at the Roselea, Lorraine and Sonia were great hosts and were very friendly. Breakfast was really good. B&B in a great location right next to tram stop . We will definitely be back soon.

Well what can I say the landlady from hell springs up mind. Never have I ever experienced such rudeness and I’ve worked in the public sector 25 years. We pre paid for a breakfast and because we was 25 minutes later coming down we was very abruptly told your too late for breakfast we weren’t offered a coffee or anything from her, then she proceeded to eat OUR breakfast whisk we we paid £15. She banged on our door at 9 am again never been anywhere where the landlady knocks up her guests. Her whole attitude toward my husband was absolutely disgusting. We were ready for leaving a night early but well knowing her she would have turned room around and re let it to add to her pocket. The younger lady however and I must say was wonderful she could not do more, we had problems with the sort key to whisk the other woman knew this and rolled her eyes sy my husband but the other lady was only yo happy to help and issues us with s new key. She also gave us some breakfast and coffee she was interested in our business and was very accommodating. All I’ll say is darling the other Woman is bringing you down and will lose you money and custom. To conclude DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The older lady you need to retire or work with animals as people are not your thing. Shame on you

I booked a night at the roselea hotel with my 6 year old daughter, although the room was clean and tidy, the bed was uncomfortable, my daughter was complaining it was hurting her sides, then there was what sounded like a heard of elephants above our room playing loud music and banging around i could hear the light shaking, this went on untill around 0430am, there was no phone to ring downstairs so i had to lie there untill they decided it was their bedtime, i also asked regarding parking near the hotel, i was informed that i could park outside from 6pm till 9am, i was back at my car for 0830 and had a parking ticket, i wouldnt stay there again in all honesty, it ruined our sunday at the waterpark as we were both tired from the elephants upstairs.

Amazing as last time lorraine and sonia cannot do enough for you amazing people. The location is great for buses and trams also great location for walking to places This is my 2nd visit here and did not disappoint my mum really enjoyed it see you soon guys
