The Strand Hotel

Absolutely loved this hotel, was the best I've probably stayed in and I go to Blackpool each year. Very friendly staff, lovely room with the best bed I've ever slept in, so comfy. Food was lovely, everywhere was so clean. Bingo was great, and we had a Christmas night on the Saturday with Christmas music, Christmas dinner and a lovely gift. Was the best weekend I've experienced in Blackpool. I would definitely return in November again for this experience and in the summer with family. Highly recommend it. Thank you to the owners for great time.

The hotel staff were amazing Marie was so on the ball with serving meals and so pleasant as were all staff. The meals were superb couldn’t fault anything and plenty of it too. The room is a different story on arrival the complimentary tea,coffee container was filthy and had fluff on top of it which I took a photo .The kettle was very dirty outside . The bedside draw was dirty inside it and so was the bathroom floor and wardrobe bottom .No hooks for towels as the one in the bathroom was falling off like the shower stand. I took the cushions off the bed and put in the wardrobe as I don’t like them on my bed to find that some one had gone in the wardrobe with my belongings in there and put them back. If these rooms were checked it would have made so much difference as we did love the food and the hotel itself is in an ideal place.

Can't fault this hotel,been going now for a few years,Rooms very clean,nice staff, excellent Entertainment at night,food is very nice and service it top notch. I've been going to Blackpool for over 50 years and this is by far the best hotel I have been to,will be booking it soon for next year Thanks to the owner Mary for making this a great stay while on holiday in Blackpool

The Owners wasn't the nicely. Family Friendly Hotel My Ass. No Food for My 14 month old. Got Chicken Nuggets Every night. Reported Broking Warbrobe and Shower no working Right with a hour of Booking. Still wasn't fixed 5 days later. KEEP AWAY

Returned home last night from a weeks holiday here and can’t say a bad thing about my stay! There was 35 in our party and everyone was made so welcome, our party were delighted by the facilities, and said it was like a home from home. Nothing was too much trouble for staff to carry out. Would like to say a big thank you to Mary, Brian, Amy, Maria, Colin and Lee and all the other staff whose names I didn’t get. Would also like to apologise personally to Brian and Mary for not saying goodbye when we left as I left to make sure everyone was on the bus! We will definitely be back next year for our summer holidays xx

We went for a long weekend and from the minute we arrived to the minute we left nothing was any trouble, from the Doorman, Reception staff, Housekeeping and bar staff. We can not commit on dinning as always ate out. We had a cozy double on the 8th floor (891) nothing wrong with it. Will go back when next in London.
