Had a wonderful stay made to feel very welcome as soon as you walked in also been offered a welcoming drink was much appreciated.Room was fantastic spotless clean and very modern.Breakfast cooked by Tara was fantastic and served by the lovely Mark.We arrived as guests and left as friends.Thank you once again. We stayed at The new Chelvedon hotel this past weekend 22-24th November , must say we have used this hotel in the past and it’s always been good but now ! Wow , massive refurb and the rooms are amazing , large , clean and very comfortable , nice bathrooms hot showers and we really enjoyed our stay. Included in the very very reasonable price was breakfast which was freshly cooked , hot and very tasty. I have coeliac disease and cannot have wheat but breakfast was no problem , I took my own bread to which the host Mark told me if I’d have let them know they would have got bread in for me . They also had dairy free butter. It’s the small touches that make a good experience and we will definitely be back. Mark and Tara have done amazingly on the remodelling and I don’t hesitate to recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a clean friendly hotel. Lee and Lyndsay Middleton Manchester

Another pleasant stay at what we consider the friendliest hotel in Blackpool. We stayed at many more expensive hotels along the front, but never found any that are as welcoming as this. Mark and Tara go all out to make everyone feel cared about. This stay, Mark offered to come across to the car park to carry our case up to the fourth floor as my hubby is recovering from a recent heart attack. That is the kind of people they are - nothing is too much trouble. They happily offered to leave our keys in the key safe so we could arrive at our convenience when they thought they might not be in to welcome us. The room that we had this time was spotless, with high end bedding, linen and towels. The bathroom was beautiful with a huge shower cubicle and the best sink tap that my hubby raved about and wants to get one for home! There was a separate dressing area with makeup and hair unit, hairdryer and mirror: a specific drinks-making area with small fridge and another bedroom for children, complete with toys! How thoughtful!! Everywhere is spotless, no cat hairs or smell as some reviews mention. In fact, was quite disappointed that we didn't see one cat this visit. Breakfast, as always, cooked to perfection by Tara, whilst Mark (at front of house) keeps everyone laughing with his cheeky sense of humour. We would not go anywhere else as it's a lovely mix of homeliness, warmth and professionalism. We'll see you again.

Just back from a long weekend at this amazing B&B i came across it by chance after seeing a post on Facebook someone who was recommending it i had a look at the reviews and decided to get in touch because my 60th birthday was coming up and due to having a triple heart bypass i could.t yet safely fly I sent a message to tara one of the lovely owner to ask about availability for the dates i wanted to stay and she said yes no problem i told her about my mobility problems and asked if they had a room on the ground floor she said they did.t but could put me up in a first floor room she sent me pictures of the room ( GATSBY ) they looked amazing So i booked it When We arrived on the first day we were met by the host's and immediately were made to feel very welcome we were shown to the room and WOW it was better than the pictures and spacious and had everything you need ie tea coffee even hot chocolate and a mini fridge with milk in it choccy biscuits and there was also an amazing hair dryer and good size television The bed was amazing with a lovely comfortable mattress ( since getting home we are on the look out for the same mattress LOL ) When we came down for breakfast the next day every table was full with other guest's interacting with each other and for some of them it was there 3rd or 4th returning visit mark the host took our breakfast order and told us to help ourselves to cereal. fruits.fresh Orange juice and kept us supplied with tea and coffee and when the breakfast came it was all cooked fresh by tara and did.t take very long at all I asked for a full English and when it came i didn't know where to start there was plenty of it Mark kept us all entertained during breakfast he's so funny With our tummies very full we went out for the day and when we returned that evening we got a chance to sit down with tara and mark have a drink and a good chat There amazing people nothing is too much trouble for them and both very caring funny people The dream team because everything runs so smoothly The location is fantastic too your 5 minutes walk away from the tower and 2 minutes walk away from the beach and amusements I was sad to be leaving after a lovely stay we arrived as newbies but left as friends and we will defiantly be going back I also just want to say a big thank you to tara and mark for making my 60th birthday a little bit more special

Made very welcome, beautiful room, clean, comfortable & a large smart TV Breakfast to Die for Excellent hosts Paul & Heidi made everyone welcome & nothing was a problem. Only issue is parking otherwise absolutely brilliant. Well done you both & look forward to seeing you again soon

Just stayed at The New Chelvedon Hotel, what a lovely experience, from the moment of arrival till the moment we left Paul and Heidi couldn't do enough for us and we will definitely be returning, great breakfast in the morning cooked by Heidi while Paul kept us topped up with teas and coffees, great location near to central pier, bedrooms tidy and a great comfy bed. Was our first visit to stay here but definitely not be our last. The best B&B I've stayed in ,in blackpool. Will See you next time we visit ❤️🗼
