Hilbre Hotel

What a lovely place! Nothing is to much trouble, the hosts make what is a very well kept and run hotel that little bit extra special. The hotel itself is spotless, breakfast is perfect 👌, with a bar, games room and parking. Rooms were plenty big enough, and bathroom not a speck of dirt. We were a 3 minute walk to south pier, so the location was spot on for us. Really can't think of a thing that I'd change. We will be definitely returning later in the year.

We have been visiting Blackpool for the last 8 years and 8 years ago we stumbled upon this absolute amazing place A family run B and B which takes you in and turns you into one of the family Excellent location Clean, fresh and great room sizes Breakfast is fantastic and beds are really comfortable What make this place exceptional is Roz and Simon !! Two of the kindest souls in the world Funny, friendly and extremely welcoming Nothing is too much trouble Will always keep you a parking space and will always have the bar open for everyone Could not recommend it enough

We stayed 4 nights at the Hilbre this is the 3rd time for us wouldn't stay anywhere else Simon @ Ros are great hosts cant do enough for you we had room 9 very spacious with all facilities you could wish for tea @ coffee making comfy bed plenty of wardrobe and storage space good size tv, fan, iron, decent size bathroom with nice little touches breakfast was lovely as always plus cereals, juices and toast sets you up for the day ideal location short walk to tram stop and pleasure beach also Velvet Coaster Wetherspoons short walk away also South Pier, no problem with parking either would highly recommend to anybody staying in Blackpool. What a great little Gem in the heart of Blackpool.. We stayed for 5 days on the recommendation of friends and what a brilliant recommendation it was !! Our hosts Simon & Ros couldn't do enough for us from the time we arrived to the time we left.. The Breakfast was better than you get in large Hotels and the atmosphere was brilliant. There's a small friendly Bar and a Lounge/Games room which has a full size Pool table and large screen TV. Security is very good which creates a safe environment which is great if you have young family.. It's a great location for Singles/Couples & Families whether for Work or Pleasure.. We will definitely stay again without doubt.

Just back from 2 nights here, what a fabulous couple Simon and Ros are, nothing is too much trouble they are so attentive. Stayed in family room 5 and it was immaculate perfect for our family. The breakfast was good cater for everyone. Location by south pier was brilliant, when we come again we will definitely be booking here best ive stayed in thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Absolutely perfect! Stayed here with my 10 year old daughter who wanted to visit pleasure beach. After a 6 hour drive our hosts were there to great us. Parking space outside the hotel and let us in early as our room was ready. 2 streets up from pleasure beach. South pier at the end of the road! Perfect location. What made it so nice was our hosts Simon and Ros. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely breakfast with a lovely cuppa! Thank you so much for a lovely stay.
