This is our fifth visit to the Fossil Tree. It is the best accommodation we have found in Blackpool and would highly recommend it. It is located at the quieter end of Queens Promenade, with uninterrupted views of the sea, and for us is ideally located close to a tram stop. The hotel is beautifully clean, and well decorated, and the rooms are very comfortable. The hosts Chris and Christine are always on hand to offer any assistance that you require.

Wonderful little hotel, gorgeous room, very tasty breakfast, spotlessly clean, welcoming, professional and friendly owners. Location is spot on, with views out to sea and dedicated parking a real bonus. It felt a safe place, with easy to use security, which is why this was our second visit. It wont be our last.

Our 1st visit to the fossil tree and didn't disappoint. Chris met us and showed us around and explained everything. He took us to our room too. The room was lovely. Everything was so clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, everything was served at the table for us. Would highly recommend this hotel and we definitely will be returning. Thanks Chris & Christine for a brilliant stay 😀

To be honest with everyone this was one of the top hotels I have the pleasure of staying in everything was top rating from myself and my partner I would recommend it to everyone from the start to finish nothing was to much trouble fair play to Chris and Christine for for looking after us well done and a big thank from the to of us

The hotel more than lived up to expectations with an excellent clean and comfortable room, lovely breakfast and a friendly and attentive host. The location is nice and quiet but still convenient for the centre being close to bus or tram stops, and if travelling by train as we did there is a tram stop outside the station to take you straight to the hotel.

WOW! What a beautiful hotel! Chris & Christine were fantastic hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is spotlessly clean with lovely decor. Breakfast was delicious with lots to choose from. Without a doubt, this is a place where we’ll be staying when we return to Blackpool! We had stopped at this hotel before, so we were really looking forward to going back. We booked a room with a sea view, and it was lovely. The breakfast was excellent once again, and Chris (the owner) was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Highly recommeded.

Perfect location and perfect hosts and. 5 minute tram ride and you are in the centre Great nights sleep in a comfortable bed Great breakfast with added bonus of electric car charging We will definitely be back the next time we visit Blackpool

Yet again, another lovely weekend at the Fossil Tree. Can highly recommend this hotel. It just gets better and better. High standards, lovely rooms. Chris and Chris are such lovely hosts, so welcoming and friendly. Breakfasts are to die for, cooked to perfection. The best hotel in Blackpool. Thank you, see you soon xx
