Horrendous customer service management Sophie and receptionist who had a terrible manner when speaking with people Large leak from roof 2 days in a row in room .promise the world and don’t do it Food was ok but nothing to get excited about The cleaners were lovely in helping us move room

Was happy with my double room bed really comfy Room very clean Food and service in restaurant excellent A bit disappointed as being a solo traveller no information about entertainment Found out by talking to other guests it was really late in the evening Hotel not very busy so I suppose that it wasn't viable to make the entertainment earlier Noticed a bit of a drain smell in corridor and room Floorboards very creaky but due to location and staff service might return

The hotel was lovely, The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable and the TV was a great size.We had a sea view which was just perfect. We were even allowed in the room before the check in time given because our room was ready which was brilliant as I had an audition to get to and my partner was able to rest properly after the long drive. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and polite and willing to do as much as they could to make the stay good. The breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of choice and again nothing was too much for the staff. There is a bar and entertainment so if you didn't fancy going out you could still relax and have a drink and the prices were reasonable. Blackpool centre was about a half hour steady walk along the sea front which was lovely but there was a tram stop pretty much right outside the hotel if you needed to get a tram. There was parking gif out car which was a great bonus too. All in all we would definitely stay there again and would recommend this hotel to any friends or family

NO LONGER BLACKPOOL PROMOTIONS! Just returned after Easter weekend. Rooms and food as expected for this hotel. We have been many times before and that's why we return every year. However won't be back! Entertainment was awfull and defo not blackpool promotions standard. One game of bingo on Saturday instead of normal 2. Asked Sophie why but she never came back to me!! Mum loves her bingo. Saturday and Sunday in bed early!. Bar staff and restaurant staff very pleasant and helpful but girl on reception very abrupt, as soon as we checked in was told no longer blackpool promotions here is a list of our rules! Makes full sense to me now why blackpool promotions ignored my e mails prior to arrival when I had a question.

Staff lovely,food good,clean hotel. Only theres a few complaints we had no entertainment have to go away into the other side of blackpool to have a good night. Sitting times for meals supposed to be 5pm and 6pm but they only had 1 sitting at 5pm due to lack of guests which i understand is not the staffs fault. Bar prices quite expensive especially when you have no entertainment

Staff helpful. Place clean meals 5pm only due to being quiet should be at eariest6pm 1 double socket in room. Paid for bbem with entertainment no entertainment due to lack of guests.. should have been relocated on arrival.poor communication from Caledonian. Disappointed.

Absolute brilliant have been twice (or more ) before And will be going back again 👍👍👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ will highly recommend it to everyone have going with Blackpool promotions ( my wife and I ) for many years now excellent staff and top entertainment . The deal we got was brilliant 50% off all the refreshments ( beer ,whisky , vodka, gin , rum etc ) lager 👌👌👌👌👌👌

Excellent hotel, staff very efficient and friendly. Bedroom was good size aa was bathroom. Immaculate room with very comfy bed and pillows. Tram stop just outside. Good entertainment on Saturday evening during our stay. Will definitely return. Excellent value for money.
