Quite aware that this is a £75 night hotel, however Tooth paste residue in the sink, litter on the carpet, dirty pillows, filthy furniture. A very unpleasant room. We informed the reception staff, who offered no apologies and just looked at us like we were being snobbish about the room. We cancelled at the risk of losing our money. To be honest we could not stay there and be happy. This hotel has changed its name to the blue waves.
