I stayed in room 2 .. there was plaster off the walles in lumps big holes
My TV had no remote all night and the TV wldnt work with out it ..asked loads of times to have it sorted but the staff just fobed me off and kept saying I ad wait till boss came in but when he came in the staff forgot to tell him so he left a gain very un helpful
Wouldn't stay here again was ment to be staying g with my girls for new year .. I've asked them to cancel it and are refusing to cancel the rooms which I don't intend to use them
I will never book with theses

HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING, DIRTY AND SMELLY.We have just come bk today after a 3 night stay,when we arrived we had a wait to a while to get I to our room so we all decided to have a drink,the glasses were really dirty there was wires hanging from the ceiling not a comfortable place to sit.When we did get into the room the only way I can describe it is a very small extremely dirty cell,the mattress was very heavily stained,the light hanging of the ceiling,dints in the wall and the bathroom the shower tray covered in mold,there was fire extinguishers hanging of the walls,large holes in wall,extremely smelly and constant loud noise all night.I couldn't even sleep inside the bed so lay on top fully clothed with a coat on it was so cold.I am disgusted that this place can stay open to ripp of customers in my opinion it should be closed down,surely these places get checked.

Do not stay there. It's extremely dirty, very aggressive staff. Needs locking up and knocking down. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Waste of money. Even if it was 10 per night, I wouldn't risk my health there even for 5 mins. AVOID AT ALL COST.

We had a lovely stay, Leon was very helping while being understaffed he dealt wonderfully under the pressure, absolute wonderful bar and hotel please have patience unlike other reviews that seem inpatient and disregard the hotels mannerism.

SCAMMERS!! Paid deposit of £170 for an agreed price of £370. Arrived at hotel and staff “DANNY” advised price was now £570 which leaves £400 left to pay. When I advised we agreed on the price of £370 and deposit had already been paid, staff become extremely hostile and aggressive towards my disabled mother in law. They advised no refund available on deposit and to get out as we were unhappy with the increase of cost after paying the deposit. A phone call received from Barrons hotel sickened me to my stomach where they began calling my mother in law an old c**t etc. Videos were taken of the calls where it captured many vile comments and disgusting hostility and aggression. I am truly disgusted and I advise all vulnerable people to stay very very clear of this hotel!!!!!

WARNING ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ BED BUGS IN ROOM 22 FAMILY ROOM Please stay well clear of this hotel/HOMELESS ACOMMODATION This id awful between domestics till all hours leaking ceilling the BED BUGS ruined it completely I HAVE SEEN CLEANER PRISION CELLS N THATS HONEST

This place is a disgusting health hazard,avoid at all costs,I wouldn't use this place as a shelter for animals,do not leave a deposit as you will walk out as soon as you arrive and they will refuse to refund you,I have contacted the council regarding this place,how it is still open to the paying public is beyond me

Room was very dirty it made my girlfriend very ill bathroom sticks bed not clean holes in the wall and floor was supposed to stay for 4 nights had to check out on the second it was very noisy to just the whole building needs cleaning stuff very moody to

Booked on the spare of the moment as a break from driving to where we were going Twin ground floor room Radiator wasn't working but there was a heater in the room which was very warm Only fault the bathroom was cold with having no heating Will deffo stay again Staff were very pleasant Parking was easy round the back of the hotel £10 a day to park which is reasonable
