This was a very last minute booking as the original place we’d booked was horrific.
Given my experience I was reluctant about booking another place, but I need not have worried.
Obviously the decor won’t be to everyone’s taste and it was a little dated, but the place was very clean, the beds super comfortable and the staff extremely friendly and helpful.
We didn’t have breakfast, as the bed was too comfortable I didn’t want to get up.
If I was to return to Blackpool I’d certainly think about staying here again as it was great value for money.

We stayed here for one night. The hotel and the rooms within it were immaculately clean. Everything was so neat and tidy. Both Bob and Mary who run this hotel were very welcoming and friendly. Their hospitality was wonderful. We were treated like as if we were their friends/family. The rooms were good size and beds very comfortable. The hotel is situated fairly centrally and close to piers/seaside, transport and shopping mall. The breakfast was Continental which included everything from various types of cereals and included selections of juices, coffee,cake, croissants and toasts. Would highly recommend this hotel. Would like to say a Big Thank You to both Bob and Mary for making our stay so comfortable. Looking forward to staying at your hotel again in the very near future.

amazing always makes us feel welcome Rooms lovely and clean Breakfast is continental but wow so many choices suitable for every person old and young you won't need to eat for the rest of the day Feels like our second home Tenth year staying here

Brilliant value and couldn't ask for a better location either. Friendly owners and look forward to staying again. Beds were really comfy and breakfast had loads of choice much to my youngsters delight! Suited us perfectly and had a great stay so highly recommended.

Fantastic 2 nights stay at the windsor house hotel, Bob and Mary made us feel very welcome. We arrived early, our room wasn't ready but we could leave our bags no problem. This hotel is lovely, clean and very comfortable, lovely tea tray in the room with fluffy clean white towels, Continental breakfast, with lots of extras and goodies, this went down so well with our boys. The hotel is only 5mins from the center of blackpool and coral island, 10-15mins walk to the train station. We've already booked again for next year. Thanks again for a brilliant stay.

We arrived really early and given a warm welcome from owner who let us drop our bags off and even took them to our room when it was ready. Our room was a twin bedded room 8 it was everything i expected it would be after reading positive reviews on trip advisor clean, functional , comfy bed; the breakfast was continental for us as i forgot to book full english but we need not have worried as it was the most amazing choice i've seen for a small hotel again everything clean just how it should be.
