Flat 3 disgusting unhygenic accommodation mattresses stained and ripped dirty carpets and unsafe not glued down whole place hasn’t been cleaned properly had to wash all crockery/cutlery damp patches paint peeling off Disgusting and dirty flat. Insufficient cooking utensils in kitchen advertised as luxury accommodation photos do not match the flat. Holes in walls needs a complete revamp. Towels had stains on couldn’t see through the windows. Unhygenic no pillow quilt or mattress protectors had to buy our own. Have reported to booking agent to investigate as misrepresentation!
