Generally happy for the price we paid - would go again. The main issues were a lack of black out curtains so it remained light till well past my daughter's bedtime and the shower pointed towards the wall and wouldn't stay when lifted. The shower took a good while to warm up. The shape of the room was a nice surprise as there was a partial wall between us and my daughter to give the feeling that they were slightly separate.

This was booked by friends of ours for a weekend in Blackpool but I really wish I’d checked this place before going. Dark, dingy and very dated, I don’t know about a good clean, I think a bad clean would make this place better. Our room, 6 was freezing cold with a damaged fan heater next to the bed which was neither use nor ornament. An awful fleece cover over the bed which had a flattened old mattress, lumpy and really uncomfortable. The bathroom, Cold, damp with a damaged toilet seat and a shower which was pathetic. The wallpaper in the room was dirty and covered in cobwebs. It had been painted years ago but there’s was loads of places where they’d missed. There was a couple of good points. The location was good and there was lots of tea and coffee in the room but we did t use it. If you’re thinking of booking this place I’d look again. I travel all over the uk for work and stay in 3 - 4 hotels a week and this is definitely one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in.

Presently staying at this hotel we were greeted yesterday by an extremely friendly lady. We had booked 3 rooms within the hotel . MY mother was given a family room which was beautifully clean extremely spacious . In all the bathrooms there were hand wash and a good selection of shower gels and shampoo . The drinks tray was adequately stocked with tea , coffee lots of milks . The rooms have everything you need TV, hairdryer etc . I must say I haven't been sleeping recently due to a damaged shoulder from a car accident I was in for the first time since the 12 th August I actually slept through the whole night as the bed was extremely comfortable and I was so cosy . Thank you for a lovely stay and I would certainly recommend you for anybody that is coming to stay In Blackpool Thank you so much for a lovely stay xx 😘

Very poor service, on arrival as the door was opened there was a strong smell of **** from staff accommodation, the man that met us never gave a name but told us the info pack was in the room with a number to call with any issues. Room was small but we already knew it would be, after running out of coffee and finding that water only dribbled out of the shower, we tried to call the number in the book TWICE but got no answer, we left 2 messages for a coffee refill and to ask for the shower to be fixed, I am still waiting for a reply to my calls, had no more coffee and shower was not fixed. Give this one a miss!!

From the outside I won't lie my initial thoughts were omg where are we booked, how wrong I was, we arrived before check in and were allowed to leave our bags in a locked room, staff were warm and friendly, the rooms were small but spotlessly clean, mattress was better than what I have at home, the prices was a steal for this weekend. Only small suggestions is make use of the family room, when you decide to come back earlier but do not want to sit in your room, it would be nice to have a place to play cards and relax, I know you have the livingroom but in my opinion the other room would be better. I would highly recommend and would stay again, prime location

Not a bad hotel when we booked it never mentioned we was right at the top of the stairs, me my partner and our 2 wee boys. As stated we are at the top and their is very little internet there, we had to shut the windows because all we can smell is pot. its not far away from the beach which is nice. if i had known thos before my partner had booked i dont think we would have botherd.

Such a lovely warm welcome, really lovely pleasant man very helpful regarding parking. Told us where our room was and if we needed anything to ask. The hotel is very close to sea front literally 5 minutes, short parking outside but car park you can see opposite. The room we had (No 7) though small was adequate for us, clean, and had hairdryer, on suite and provides shower gels (personally I think owner should save money and not supply shower products) maybe small hand soap. Tea, coffee in rooms with proper makes, not cheap supermarket brand. The bed was comfortable as was the pillows. Though the room was slightly cold the heater provided took off some of the chill, but didn’t cause a problem once tucked up under quilting. I feel so sorry for owners of hotels etc, there in a no win situation, it sadly need thousands spent on refurbishing the hotel, but would they get the money back? Yes the prices can go up to help but that would mean making a lot of changes not sure. It’s in a great location and up against lots of hotels. I would return again to here if I was coming back to Blackpool. I don’t think you can complain for the price of the room, it’s clean, tidy and lovely owner
