Very good

I normally write my reviews down straight away but I am late uploading to Trip Advisor. We stayed at the hotel as well as attending a function. The room was lovely and olde worldly. We had a great time in the function room. Food was very good except for the sticky ginger pudding, it was awful, I could not eat but I think it was one of those puddings that was like marmite, you either liked it and ate or hated and could not eat at all. Breakfast was good. Lovely bread that made great crunchy toast. Wasn’t a fan of the sausages but that’s just mine and my husband’s taste to like a traditional pork sausage for breakfast. Vince was particularly very helpful on the function night and much appreciated. Would recommend and return again.
