"Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Tired, limited facilities and poorly decorated. Room was very small, bathroom regularly flooded (from shower), balcony tiny, limited channel choice, bed uncomfortable with plastic mattress cover, AC not working and fridge not repaired despite request, Breakfast service was very crowded with facilities overwhelmed e.g, regularly ran out of cups, cutlery, etc. However good location and some of the staff were very helpful. Overall, however, would not recommend."

"The place was very clean, the room was nicely heated, it's super close to the beach, and parking is very convenient! The restaurant downstairs is reasonably priced and the food is good. Overall, it was fantastic! I'll definitely come back!"

"All I can say is the location is good. The pictures are very old. No restaurant, pool table, etc. The bathroom is extremely tiny and our’s flooded the room. The room was hot even with the ceiling fan on. I did like the balcony. The bed was hard and the pillows were nothing. I can’t imagine staying for more than a few nights."

"You get what you pay for. Room was cheap and clean, but i wont be back, the room was a small room facing into an internal courtyard with a steel fire escape. Dark and dingy with a very small bathroom, room left me feeling claustrophobic. Building is 5 floors WITHOUT a lift. As it was winter restaurant was closed and there was only a part time receptionist. No parking is possible on the street, and i accidentally drove in to 2 Park Houses that turned out to offer only Private Parking. Better to go down to the beach and park in the Saba Parking Area (24€ Per Day). 2 minute walk to shop and beach. ."

"Lovely hotel absolutely spotless clean and staff very friendly,I was upgraded to half-board as I booked directly with the hotel which was a bonus, unfortunately it's the only thing that lets this hotel down,the food although well presented was always cold and desserts were repurposed from the earlier lunch as they were stale..No matter what time variations we tried we never seemed to time it correctly to get proper hot food, breakfast and lunch were ok though but nothing special.Location wise the hotel is ideally located if a beach lover as it's directly behind hotel,the area in general I could only describe it as the courtown of Spain as it's surrounded with holiday camps were all the Spanish french and German come to holiday and restaurants etc are rightly aimed at these tourists,you will not hear any English speaking tourists at all this end,the other end of Blanes down by the marina and centre is much nicer a location.Hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool,indoor pool is fantastic but outdoor pool is very small,you can use the pool across in the Hotel Blaumar which in my opinion is much nicer with more poolside sun beds. All in all a great stay and I would highly recommend this hotel if planning to stay up this end of Blanes."
