"Nice and clean. Comfy beds. Small Bathroom and shower!! As a bigger bloke a bit tight for me!! Good wifi connection in room. Never did get the TV working. No chair ot desk in room. Massive free car park to rear of building which my room overlooked. No Bar or lounge on site but Hotel 2 doors down had bar and did breakfast at extra cost. Very reasonably priced. I was attending a music festival in Santa Suzannah so just slept in the room. Wouldn't be nice if you were there for a family holiday or were a couple wanting to spend much time in the room. In a dodgy area!! Some grotty bars nearby and the money transfer shop next door seemed to attract some rough looking individuals. Prefer the Eastern part of The Costa Brava. Blanes seemed tatty and a bit of a dump!! Nice staff! Very friendly."

"⭐ 1/5 – The most hostile hotel experience we have ever had in Spain This was, without question, the worst hotel experience we have ever had in Spain. The hotel is old, dated and poorly maintained. The rooms were dirty and had a persistent damp, musty smell. The humidity inside was so intense that it triggered allergy symptoms, making the room genuinely uncomfortable to stay in. Housekeeping was extremely disappointing — during our stay, our beds were made only once. There is no refrigerator in the room, and even water comes at an extra cost. These may seem like small details individually, but together they perfectly describe the atmosphere of this hotel: instead of feeling welcomed and cared for, you feel as though everything is designed to make your stay less comfortable. The entire place feels hostile rather than hospitable. The one thing we genuinely enjoyed was the food, which was very good. Unfortunately, that positive aspect was completely overshadowed by what happened in the restaurant. The restaurant manager's behavior was absolutely unacceptable. After I told him that I intended to file an official complaint regarding the way we had been treated, he told me that if I filed the complaint, I would not be allowed to have dinner that evening. I was subsequently made to leave the restaurant together with my children and our friends. One of my children became frightened by the situation and later that night became sick and vomited. No family should have to experience something like this while on holiday. When I requested the official complaint form, I was initially given only an informal hotel form instead. Dirty rooms, dampness, inadequate housekeeping and a complete lack of basic comfort would already have been enough for a negative review. But the way we were treated — especially after simply stating that I wanted to exercise my right to make a complaint — turned a disappointing stay into an upsetting, humiliating and completely unacceptable experience. A hotel is supposed to make its guests feel welcome. This place made us feel exactly the opposite. Never again."

"January 2025 If you are looking for an authentic, comfortable, friendly and inexpensive hotel this is it. Located in the very center of Blanes, not expensive, breakfast included. Staff absolutely lovely. No elevator so you get your excercise! The owner is also is commited to constant improvement and renovation, and was very quick to come to our aid when we couldn't get the TV working. His staff is constantly on hand to help."

"This is a 1 star at the best! It claims to be a 4 star hotel…..someone needs to reavaluate as it’s Terrible! Awful facilities, might have been nice when it opened but has never been maintained and brought back up to date….lots of facilities broken. It’s truly bad…not kettle in room, towels are about 40 years old. Pool towels you need to hire and pay for clean ones… pool was dirty, room dirty, booked a quad room and got a triple."
