Absolutely disgusting, Hotel don't go you will be sorry air-conditioning doesn't work waiters are rude & alcohol drinks are water down food is cold -get food poisoning anything good is the view nothing else it's a below 0 star‼️ this hotel needs to be shut down and the tour operator fined for selling this hotel to holiday makers 😡

Brilliant week here on a family holiday in April. One of the few hotels in bodrum with a pool open at this time of year! The staff were brilliant & couldn’t have been any more helpful. Mushik at reception in particular was excellent. The hotel itself is really nice & in a great location. The views over the bay are stunning. The pool area is really nice & a great place to hang out during the day. It’s got a good gym & spa also. The food is ok, breakfast, lunch & the downstairs snack bar were good but we grew tired of the evening buffet and ate out quite a bit. Drinks were good & the service was fantastic. Overall, I would highly recommend!

On first impression the hotel is a bit tired and in need of updating,the food is ok,breakfast is resnable and we managed to find something each day,weather it be omelet or toast,the snack bar was very good serving fresh pizza,burgers and pasta,unfortunately the evening selection was not good at all so we ate out a lot which is not what you want to do when you have paid for all inclusive,on the plus sides the location is perfect with the town just a 10 minuet walk away and there are some great restaurants,the views from the hotel are amazing looking over the bay and you get to see the cruise ships coming in as the port is in a 5 minuet walk away which is great to get the ferry over to Kos for the day,we said at the end of the holiday once we got use to the place that we would defiantly stay again if we could get it for a good price as the views and location are so good.

just spent 11 nights at this hotel firstly the good stuff great view some friendly staff (some only friendly after getting a tip ie 7th floor) sixth floor bar staff were brilliant, also water available in fridges around the hotel. Now for the rest rooms not great photos will be uploaded balcony very small and seats uncomfortable, maid came to room amd came in even if do not disturb was on the door. Food absolutely diabolocal do not cater for british. Food cold, went to breakfast twice and only thing for me was cold fried egg so stopped going. Mashed potato EVERY DAY AND NIGHT at lunch and dinner ( i used to love mash not any more) cold chips every day along with grilled meat i have no clue which kind of meat as was not specified also cold skin on with bones for good measure fish EVERY DAY AND NIGHT. A la arte restaraumt served some not bad food most days which helped at lunch time only. Dinner time a la carte was sea food every night so not even a decent meal unless you liked a la carte. On our last night we felt that a member of staff was following us about (seemed to be everywhere we were sitting or standing behind us) and listening to us discussing the hotel we actually felt very intimidated. I won,t go on as Susan and Scott from the room next door will fill you in on the rest.

1st impressions is the main entrance is on a busy main road nice reception area and welcoming helpfull staff. Hotel clean. Ideally placed. A view to die for. Hotel is on 7 floors. Ground is beach. 3 is pool and restaurant. 6 reception. 7th roof top bar . Food ok a few choices but a bit repetitive. Plenty of staff. Hotel could do with a bit of TLC especially the lifts. Work ok but look a bit dated and look a bit tired but all in all the hotelwas nice.

Arrived with a smooth check in, a welcoming male member of staff then taken to our room by another. Breath taking views at reception. Room on the surface looked ok but from here downhill. Shower room poor. No ventilation in it. Dirty grout. Rusty towel rail etc. Nowhere to hang hand towel. Room had a fab sea view. Balcony small which not really a problem but no table. Went to poolside on first day but not the cleanest, broken beds and pool looked dirty so from then on we used the private beach which was lovely. Thankfully on first day we found Bona Dea, the beach bar which on the whole the food was lovely and ended up the only place we ate in hotel. The restaurant had poor selection, especially breakfast as didn’t cater for the British. No bacon, pork sausages , mushrooms etc. Juices in containers on a trolley and not kept chilled. Water melon in a big plastic box. Cold fried eggs. Dinner at restaurant poor. Chips out 15 mins before opening service and poor selection unless you like food dripping in a sauce. No pasta with a selection of sauces to choose. The A La Carte restaurant, you can try one night on a 7 night stay, was lovely but only for seafood lovers which thankfully we were. No theme nights in restaurant but stray cats allowed . Staff serving drinks at reception area most helpful and couldn’t do enough for you, the way it should be. One evening sitting at the terrace talking to two other couples we got into trouble from someone from the management for being too noisy. We were only talking and laughing not dancing from the ceiling ‍♀️. In the early mornings the staff arriving for work, deliveries and some other guests were more noisy than us. We felt so intimidated by a couple of staff members one evening (as did other guests) we had to sleep with our cases and a chair behind our doors. We thought you can lock your door from the inside but we checked and you are still able to enter from outside. The roof top terrace had stunning views but not maintained (lighting with no bulbs at one end). A female staff there would only be nice if you tipped her first. She made us feel uncomfortable so we stopped sitting there. Entertainment virtually non existent. Housekeeping shocking. Never left towels or bath mats and binned our soap each day without replacing. One day we arrived back and the lampshade had disappeared with live wires on display which I discovered when I got an electric shock. Found the shade under the case storage which has been clearly placed. Did report and they installed a brand new upside down light fitting ‍♀️. Next day we did return to a basket of fruit and macaroons which we never got the chance to enjoy as staff removed next morning. We would return to Bodrum but not here.
