"Rooms are nice and clean. Hotel has 50 rooms and only 25 of them were occupied so it was easy to use the table or beach chair we want. Sea is quite deep, a beautiful blue green sea, but still gets dirty since waves bring lots of dirt during the day. You need to swim away from the shore to aviod it. Service was not good. Except a few people (like the female bartender at the pool bar who was so nice or Mohammed or Umut or Uzeyir), most of the others were rude or not trained. Food was ok. Some of the menu items were not available-and no efforts to make up for it. I can’t understand how come there is no lemon at the beach bar or why ice cream is on the menu for dinner and there is ice cream at the beach bar but we were told it is not available for dinner. Last but not least gym was dirty when we wanted to use it (wet exercise bench likely sweat from previous user who was supposed to use a towel anyways!!!). When we asked if there is anything to clean it (like a wipe or towel) they told us to use our own towel. It shouldn’t be hard to take their head off their phones and step out to help to keep gym clean. "

"The hotel I chose by accident is very good and the price is very high. The girl at the front desk, IREM, served very well and even upgraded us to a sea view room. Thank you. The service was very warm from the moment we entered the door. There are also special fruit juices to drink, and the pool view is very beautiful. . The Aegean Sea in Bodrum is too beautiful, I will come back again, the pasta in the restaurant is average, 10 euros a piece, you can go out to eat near the castle, walk for more than 20 minutes, the front desk can help you call a taxi, 60 taxis Lira or about 80 lire"
