"I stayed at Rammos Hotel in Bodrum and honestly I can’t recommend it enough. I booked it because I needed a quiet break to decompress and relax. As it wasn’t really the season yet, I expected things to be limited because of the weather. But wow, they completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcomed, they greeted me with flowers and a traditional drink for their 4th anniversary, which instantly set the tone for the stay. I was travelling solo so I was a bit nervous, but every member of staff made me feel so comfortable and cared for that it genuinely felt like I had my own little community there. I even stayed at another hotel afterwards and instantly missed Rammos because the hospitality and care were unmatched. Because there were only a few guests staying, it made the experience even more special. Seeing the same familiar faces every day made it feel like home in the best way. It honestly felt euphoric, completely detached from busy everyday life and like stepping into another world where everything slows down and people genuinely want you to relax and enjoy yourself. Seyda, Marvin, Burak and all the staff were amazing (sorry if I missed names). We shared many heartwarming moments that I’ll always remember. One of the biggest highlights was the spa. Malik and Pho were incredible and paid so much attention to my needs. I had hammam treatments, sauna sessions, facials, herbal teas and some of the best massages I’ve ever had. They even assessed my body, explained my tension and gave advice on how to improve it properly. You can tell they genuinely care about healing and wellness. Because it was off-season there wasn’t a breakfast buffet, but honestly I loved the personalised experience even more. Every morning they asked what I wanted and somehow brought sooo much food with endless options. I left breakfast full every single day. The hotel itself is beautiful. So aesthetic, peaceful and healing! Every corner felt calming and luxurious without being overwhelming. Also massive appreciation for the Marea restaurant and Tarik, who was so kind and attentive. He recommended an amazing dish and even helped remove the fish scales for me without hesitation. Such a thoughtful gesture that really reflected the hospitality throughout the whole hotel. Overall, this trip gave me exactly what I needed and more. I arrived stressed and exhausted and left feeling lighter, relaxed and genuinely happy. Even though it wasn’t peak season, the experience still felt luxurious, personal and unforgettable. I would 100% recommend Rammos Hotel to anyone wanting a peaceful getaway in Bodrum. "We had a wonderful stay at Yasmin Bodrum Resort! The hotel has a beautiful location with amazing sea views, clean rooms, delicious food, and a lovely beach. There was always something to do during the day, and the atmosphere around the resort was friendly and relaxing. The entertainment team really made our holiday special. They organized fun activities every day and great evening shows. A special thank you to the Slovak animators, especially Adrianna, who was always smiling, kind, and full of positive energy. She made everyone feel welcome and included. We also want to thank Alena from Russia, who was an amazing animator as well. She was friendly, enthusiastic, and always made the activities enjoyable. Both Adrianna and Alena helped create such a fun and memorable holiday experience. We would definitely recommend Yasmin Bodrum Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation with great entertainment and hope to come back again!"

"The accommodation is in just the third summer season, so remains in as-new condition. The location is in a quiet lane off the main Marina parade, so is easy to access. With plenty of restaurants and activity nearby, the location is great. The pool is sparkling clean ( a little too cold for swimming in late April) and the rooms are nicely simple and functional. A decent bed and bedding. Merve the hostess is outstanding, providing attentive and helpful service. She and their rooms are highly recommended, for a pleasant stay in Bodrum !"

All of the reception members were nice and kind and helpful all of them were kind and lovely they also helped us in some activity ideas and beaches and some placed we told them to call and they kindly did which was very nice of them to do. Definitely going to choose this place near the yalikavak marina like 23 min walking"

"I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel from [18 Aug 2024] to [21 Aug 2024]. Unfortunately, this stay was far from what I expected, and several issues severely impacted my overall experience. Firstly, the behavior and attitude of your staff were particularly disappointing. Manager Hilal was very rude behavior, lacking experience, professionalism and unresponsiveness to requests. I want management to investigate on why, she was having such behavior and check if there were room available at 11 AM 18th Aug 2024 for early check in. Manager HILAL was very angry and wanted me to cancel my booking and simply don’t care about guest experience. As a guest, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, which was sadly lacking during my stay. Secondly, I requested one large bed and got disappointed to know that they have all single bed which is joined by room service staff and again same manager HILAL was very rude and telling that joining two single bed is same as one 1 large bed or king size bed. This was unacceptable and not at all in line with the standards I expect from a hotel of your reputation. Moreover, when I brought these issues to the attention of the management, handling of my complaint was inadequate and left me feeling even more frustrated. This experience has unfortunately left a lasting negative impression, and I am considering whether I would stay at or recommend this hotel in the future. I believe that such issues should be addressed promptly to prevent other guests from facing similar dissatisfaction. I would appreciate it if you could investigate these matters and provide an appropriate response. I am also open to discussing how this situation could be rectified. Thank you for your attention to this serious matter. I look forward to your prompt reply."

"The hotel was nice and service is really good :) the panorama view is superb. Sunset was very beautiful with the blue mediterranean sea. We got fresh& delicious welcome drink with warm welcome :) We have good impression with energatic and friendly staffs. The manager is very smart and professional. He came to have small talk with us for greeting that's the good time to promote the hotel facilities. He do it very well ❤️. When he known this is my Birthday trip he sudddenly coordinated with his staffs to upgrade my room type with a wonderful view and that made my trip to be a memorable✨️ We really appriciated with the hotel's services and accommodations and recommended the hotel to everybody :) thank you for taking care of us"
