The balcony made it even better, giving us a lovely spot to wind down at the end of each day. The beach and pool area were simply stunning. Crystal-clear water, sun loungers at the ready, and an atmosphere that strikes the perfect balance between lively and relaxed. We spent most of our days here and never once wanted to be anywhere else. Breakfast deserves a special mention — it was an absolute highlight. Fresh, generous, and lovingly put together every morning. The authentic traditional Turkish tea served at the table was a true delight, and the simit — that gorgeous sesame-crusted bread — became my personal favourite way to start the day. What truly elevates Lugga above other hotels is the people. This is a family-run hotel, and you feel it in every interaction. The warmth here isn’t rehearsed — it’s genuine. The hand-made Turkish coffee offered at reception was an unexpectedly lovely touch, the kind of small gesture that stays with you long after you’ve checked out. We left already talking about coming back. Lugga isn’t just a hotel — it’s an experience. Highly, highly recommend. Service quality and cleaning on a high level. Room quite new. Michelin star restaurant Malva top. But the dog friendly approach of the hotel is too much: dogs are allowed in the restaurants and even in the beach club!

This hotel is among the nicest I have ever stayed in. The food was excellent, the selection of alcoholic beverages was extensive, and the pool was fantastic. That said, I did notice a difference in the arrival and departure experience. Unlike foreign guests, we were not warmly greeted on arrival, and upon departure we were simply told “have a nice day” without the opportunity to share feedback. As my feedback, I would suggest improving the internet connection, as it could be much better. Overall, thank you for a wonderful stay.

Hotel location is good to find, there is a small brother at the door to help with parking, luggage, etc., but the hotel decoration style is general, but the room is still very good, there is an open-air balcony, very close to the beach, watching is a big swimming pool . The room is very soundproof and there is no loud noise. However, the hotel's other services are more general, Ctrip reservations do not include breakfast, compared to the hotel price, the price is average, but the overall environmental sanitation is very good.

The hotel was booked for 1 night because they were travelling. Location super, 3 minutes to the sea, in the very center, opposite the cafe, next door the SOK store building. Very beautiful yard, stylish. The rooms are small, but everything is so conveniently arranged and everything is. You can ask for a tug on the respiratory. The room is clean. Not hot, the air conditioner has not even used, the rooms are light, not pressing. There is a parking, without it is certainly problematic, as the center, for us was also an important moment.

The hotel offers beautiful facilities, clean and comfortable rooms, and an excellent water park that children will truly enjoy. Unfortunately, the overall experience was overshadowed by a disappointing level of service. Service around the pools was virtually non-existent, and the dining area was often poorly maintained, with tables left uncleared for extended periods. It was also common to wait a long time for basic items such as cutlery. In addition, the food selection was quite repetitive, with very little variety throughout our stay. Having visited Bodrum several times and stayed at a number of resorts in the area, I can honestly say this was the most disappointing in terms of service. I expected a much higher standard, especially given the hotel’s facilities and reputation. Overall, if you’re looking for a truly relaxing, high-quality resort with attentive service, I would recommend considering other options. I left feeling disappointed and, unfortunately I’m happy to leave

Francely nothing to say the hotel and just perfect we have had a great stay with my wife I recommend it to you the service and at top the very clean rooms Don't listen to comments that say it's a bad hotel the hotel and very sympathetic

Room was actually alot smaller than the images but we were ok with it. Theres a nice pool but no music and no bar service as theyre located right next to a mosque. It seems to be a sensitive thing. The manager was the main reason we had a fantastic time. He was extremely attentive to our request and our tips to make our (and other guests) stay more comfortable. He provided every help he could to us. Its a beautiful cozy tiki/santorini inspired space. I wish there were more variety in their daily breakfast. Hashbrowns, simple sunny side up eggs, simple salads, fruit platters or juices.

Pros Location is great and close to everything. Food is actually decent for an all inclusive (not the best but you have options to pick what you like). Drinks are available all day, although not premium the local beer was nice and the piña coladas were nice but needed more alcohol. The spa is included and the pool was quiter there and also the hamam and sauna was free. Massage was offered as additional but the price was cheap. Cons The rooms are in need of refurbishment. We had ants in our room although we never had any food or spillages My partners bracelet was missing from the room, we were never drunk and certain it was left in the room. We reported it but never had any updates back from them. No iron is provided so bring your own. The hairdryer wasnt working although they replaced it within 30mins. The beach is average I've seen worst but not the best. Wake up early if you want a sunbed next to the beach as they get taken pretty fast (no drink service at the beach either). I would say this hotel is probably a 3-4 star and not a 5 star experience.

A rather pleasant hotel, more of a beach club. There's always something going on, always music, small two-story buildings, and a private pier-like beach. There's a great table tennis area. The food is decent—you won't go hungry, everything is tasty, but nothing fancy. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent internet; it was surprisingly convenient to work. On the downside: the rooms are a bit dirty, cleaned with a formal walk-through with a wet rag, which takes about two minutes (really). Also, the sound quality in the rooms is fantastic. I could only sleep with earplugs, even when the ”disco” was turned off (which even earplugs didn't help; you'd literally vibrate to the bass).
